Dinner time, 6:30ish, no chicken breast, no wings cooked. Only thighs and legs. Will take 30 – 45 minutes to cook then only 4 breast and no wings. What? It is dinner time. I came to get a family bucket of chicken and you can not fill that order? The tenders that were offered instead were awful. They had been there a while. Hope the owner/​manager of this location takes the time to read and overhaul this location. Shame they have gone down this bad.

Drive thru is the slowest of anywhere in Brandon. The workers act like they don’t want to be there. I only gave it 2 stars because I like KFC chicken. Popeyes is just down the rode and service is better. Sorry.

Here for lunch at 12:45. The food they had out was dry because it had been there for a while. This place is dirty.
