I may have to agree with the other reviews that the service is slow. However, check out the picture of this salad. Best McDonald’s salad ever! Well worth the wait IMO.

Definitely the slowest McDonald’s I have ever been to. Slow on multiple occasions and the food is sub-​par compared to other McDonald’s in the area.

You would think with Chick Fil A moving in across the street McD’s would step up their game, but it seems like they’re happy to only take the customers that aren’t willing to wait in the lines at CFA. Just trying to get an ice cream and got hassled by the order taker. So, we just went across the street, received wonderful service. The gift card balance we have for McD’s won’t be spent at the Brandon location.

Horrible service and they can’t get the order a right! The girl taking my order told me to Read the screen! When I told her it was wrong, she said it was not! Horrible

It took 30 mins for the employee to take my order in the drive thru not to mention the nasty attitude and got my order wrong too! This is possibly the worst McDonald’s on the planet!!!

Quite possibly the slowest McDonalds on the planet. 15 minutes for an order? And can’t even get that done correctly?
Not acceptable.
