Waited over an hour and a half for bloodwork — gal next to me had waited 2 hours prior day and over an hour the day I was there. Front desk gal was very nice and gentleman who drew my blood was efficient and very good… but wait was much too long… for everyone in the waiting room.

This place is a disaster. The gals at the front desk are rude and clearly don’t give 2 craps about people. Even when you make an appt there is still a significant wait. I heard the woman from the back tell the reception area that they should have notified her immediately when I arrived as I should have taken priority with an appointment.

Where do I begin with this place! I have visited this office on countless occasions and it never seems to get any better! The waiting room is packed by 7 a.m. it’s impossible to make an a.m. appointment unless u schedule it atleast a month in advance which doesn’t make sense unless you have routine standing bloodwork. The front desk staff can be very rude and although it hasn’t happened to me I’ve witness several times where they shout out people’s information. I was there today and an elderly women had her secondary insurance card and didn’t realize she could use that. The receptionist continued to shout literally shout u need your medicare card! The women’s responses where very calm and low you could tell she was quite embarrassed and she wasn’t hard of hearing! When I walked up I was given a stern look and the clipboard was tossed on the counter in front of me with no directions or acknowledgement. The last 2 times I visited I was sent to the same lady to draw my blood I am not a hard stuck but she stuck me twice both times I visited and continued to pull the needle in and out until I told her to stop. Yes this happened on 2 occasions so she is never to touch my arm again! Luckily every time a new tech came to draw my blood they got it the first try. I give 2 stars because the Phlebotomist are really nice. Avoid this office if at all possible!

This is where our insurance pays for us to go for lab work, so here I am. People are very nice here. Waiting room is very large and usually very crowded. Appointments can be made on their website quite easily and I would definitely recommend doing that or your wait could be quite extensive. I am one of those lucky people that has small rolling veins so it’s hard to get blood from me. That being said it usually takes 3 or 4 times(one time six) to hit a vein. At times more than one phlebotomists have tried in one sitting. They are a persistent crew and eventually hit their mark. Not their fault I’m such a hard draw. I admire their persistence and compassion during my quarterly lab visits.
