Jodi, in the tool world department is awesome. The man in that department gave us the wrong answers but Jodi knew what we needed and how to do it. Friendly too!

Got some paint today. Great service by a very knowledgeable and pleasent associate. We were in and out in no time flat… unlike my paint which was semi-​gloss… (sorry that was terrible… hahahaha) I can always find what I need and always leave satisfied.

This Lowes is by my house. It’s my go to for everything from lightbulb stop firewood.

Terrible Service after 6p on a week night! You will spend 40+ waiting for service from Anyone! While they continue to page someone to help you every 5 minutes. We eventually gave up and walked out.
This has happened to us on more than one occasion. It’s exhausting.

Not a very orgnaized store. It made things difficult to find. I will not be returning.

Great Lowes location!
I like the layout of this store, and find is generally kept clean and well stocked. Staff here is usually pretty good, smiling and helpful.
Another plus, and I think they beat the competition in this category, is the way they handle online order pickups. Down the street at the «orange place» picking up online orders can be absolutely painful, but not here. There is no confusion on what you’re there to pick up at all. Seems like it would be easy, but try at HD and watch in horror as they try to match up your online order number with some internal number, fumbling around for 20 — 30 minutes until they find your stuff (this has happened to me 3 times).
Garden department gets good grades too, they usually have a better selection of hanging plants than their orange competitor.

This is an excellently organized, and well stocked & maintained store. The garden center was nice and tidy, with the best selection of plants, flowers, and veggies.
Customer service was on point! I walked by several employees, and every one greeted and offered to help me find what I was looking for.
The store is very clean, and the checkout was a breeze. Great visit! I quickly found what I was looking for, so I was in-​n-​out in about 5 minutes. My new stop for home improvement needs.

I spend my hard earned money to get all new counter tops… expensive! I dealt with Robert in the appropriate department, and he helped me by writing up the work order and setup a time for templates to be measured and formed. He was ok, but that is the only thing about this project that went relatively smooth.
Once the man came out to measure the tops and glue templates, we seemed to be on our way. About 4 weeks later I get a call that the granite was cut and ready to install. Once the men got here, late, and knowing that i am at work, they tell my 78 year old mother to pull everything out from UNDER the counters, again, my 78 year old mother!
They proceed to pull out the old counters, including my kitchen sink, then finish putting the tops on. NOW READ THIS… these bone heads refuse to put the sink back in! Can you imagine… my mother called me and I leave work, arriving at home just in time to hear these guys say the were afraid they might break something in the reinstall of the sink. Apparently they didn’t have any brains to know that they could have broken something when they WERE TAKING IT OUT! DUH! You morons! I had to call 2 plumbing companies to get the sink back in, an additional $ 200 on top of whatever I paid for Lowes to do it in the first place.
I will never give this store my business again! And, I will tell anyone who will listen, not to give their business to them either!

Very accommodating location. I placed a ship to store order and they made it so easy. I walked in with my receipt & they called someone to pull my order & all I had to do was pull my car around to the loading area & they even loaded my car for me. I was in and out in a matter of 20 minutes. Outstanding Service!

I have had numerous bad experiences here. First time, I purchased a new garage door opener and installation for my new house. After install the opener, keypad outside the garage, and button inside the garage worked flawlessly, but the remotes were hit or miss. It took 9 months of calling to complain before a tech was finally sent out. He said the unit was bad and we needed a new one. Lowes instructed me to take it up with the manufacturer for a replacement. I spent 2 months dealing with the manufacturer and getting nowhere. A manager at Lowes finally ordered me a new unit and after another 3 weeks the new unit was installed. The new unit is the same as the old, for some reason the remotes only work 50 percent of the time. Now Lowes refuses to do anything because I am outside of my 12 month warranty.
After that experience I swore off Lowes, but received a giftcard to Lowes for Christmas. I decided to use it for paint and went in to purchase more of the paint I had previously bought at Lowes. I was told that even though I provided the paint swatch which I previously used to get paint from Lowes that the color may not be an exact match without having the can from the last time painting. Luckily I save everything, so I went back with the can in hand. I spent 5 minutes waiting for help and nobody acknowledged me, so I went to customer service. She paged someone to help. I waited another 5 minutes and nobody came. Several employees walked passed me and did not offer help. I went back to customer service and she again paged for help. Another 5 minutes went by and nobody came to help. I then noticed a button at the paint station which customers can use to call for assistance. I began repeatedly pressing this and about 3 minutes later an associate came up and said «pressing the button like that is not going to make me come any faster». I told him I was waiting there over 15 minutes for help and was upset. He replied that he was outside getting carts in preparation for closing time. I asked why he was doing that at 7:15 when closing time was not until 8. He had no answer. I then spent another 10 minutes checking out because no cashiers were open, only the self-​help resigters. I asked the girl helping people self check-​out why no casheirs were working and she said someone called out so she was there alone. Home Depot customer service blows Lowes away. I will never step foot into Lowes again. AVOID LOWES! Save yourself the trouble and go to Home Depot.

I always come to this Lowes to get my water. Its the only place I’ve found that sells the Primo water. We’ve had 4 different bottled water tested (5 gallon ones) and this Primo brand came out in top! Very good tasting water.
I usually come and get between 6 – 9 of these 5 gallon water and they will last about a month or so. If you bring in the empty bottles they will do and exchange and charge you for just the water ($ 5.99 for a 5 gallon its not bad at all), if you are a new purchaser they will charge you for both the water and bottle for a total of somewhere around the $ 12.00 (not 100% sure about the accurate pricing).
One thing you will notice is that the machines outside Lowes that takes the empty Primo bottles are about 80% of the time non working. Most of the time it wont print out the tickets (exchange tickets) or they will be too full, or wont open up to take the bottles. In those cases just go inside the store (leave your bottles next to the machine) and tell them you brought in X amount of bottles and just crab the bottle you need. So far (5 yrs purchasing from this location) they have not given me any problems and just ring me up. So big plus to this store and also Primo water.

Sometimes the team at Lowe’s will look right past you; but, if you ask for help they are pretty knowledgeable. I love how close it is to my house.

Its right around the corner from my house so its a quick trip for me to go and pick up all my project items that I drag my fiancé into :)
This trip we had to return some items because we bought extra (whoops, wrong cut list!). The young lady at the customer service desk was very nice and quick to return our items so we could go gather the other supplies I forgot we needed.
They were out of the one trim/​chair railing we needed but they have such a great selection we picked something else instead. When having a hard time locating the last item we needed he staff were very helpful and polite in helping us find what we needed.
One downfall is when we went to check out the only lines open were the self-checkout’s. Now any other given day I’d be all about that but having wood and hoping you don’t hit the person in front of you while trying to scan it yourself, a little frustrating.
Overall, Lowe’s has all you home improvement needs. The price match competitors as well. The prices online and inshore are the same. If for some reason they aren’t, they are quick t render the situation.

Convenience is the main reason why I chose the rating. You can’t beat a two minute drive for a $ 1 item (lol). The only difference I see between Lowes and home Depot on a major scale is the stores feel. I feel that Lowes is a high end home improvement store (like you have to be dressed well) vs. home depot which I don’t mind showing up half way through a project, hot and sweaty to get the item I forgot.
Prices are approximately the same (when shopping online). Both stores price match the other.
Customer service is ok here. Kind of hard to find employees walking around if i am having a hard time making a choice or figuring a problem out. I notice that home depot they are more prone to ask you if you need help.

My husband and I bought our first house a year ago and lowes has been our life saver.
First– the prices bar none– better than other home improvement stores.
Second-​They almost always have everything we could need!
Third– The service is good! We usually have to hunt someone down but they are super helpful and knowledgeable.
From fans, to pipe cutters, lawn equipment and even curtains– they have it and we’ve needed it!
The self check outs are so hard to use with that type of merchandise and only one or two registers are usually open so check out can be a pain but its not too bad at all.
We will continue to go to Lowes for all of our home needs!

Lowes: Lowering my anxiety level tenfold!
My fiancé and I are in the process of purchasing a house. As fun, cute, and amazing as this process is, it is almost as stressful as diffusing a bomb while a monkey pokes you in the face with a stick. This past week alone I’ve dragged my fiancé to Lowes about four times (not counting the times I wish we could go at 1am because I can’t sleep at night worrying over matching my Jubilee tile with my Dazzle Blue paint). While pacing the same 4 steps in front of the paint samples section holding up six different shades of yellow, William, a Lowes employee sits by my side. Calmer than Buddha mid-​meditation, he guides me through the paint section process. He asks us engaging questions about our new home to better help us decide on our new paint. (Apparently there is more to paint than just picking a color!) He listens to my parade of questions and honestly answers them. At the end of the night, we walked out of there with the right amount of paint samples and the knowledge needed to help us finish our project. Most importantly though, when I left, I was much calmer. Employees at Lowes, especially William, care. By making my life a little easier, Lowes has made a lifetime customer out of me.

This Lowes is a convenient one stop shop for me, and never too crowded. The majority of employees are VERY nice. I’ve had my ups and downs in the «customer service» department — some employees are helpful, others look at you like they don’t understand English. but mostly helpful and nice.
None the less, it’s a newer, cleaner store than most — I love their garden section… What more can be said, it’s Lowes?!!

I really really hate the plumbing department at this location. Had to go get a toilet and install ordered. Had to go back because the toilet didn’t fit the space. Wend both time on a weekday afternoon, and both times was at the store at least an hour due to lack of customer service and really really slow computers.

Always a fan of Lowes. They have a better selection of products than the «leading competitor» and I can always FIND AN EMPLOYEE! Better yet, they give military discounts of 10%!
