I’m so HAPPY that I found this shop! Scott and Kyle are the best!!! They’re very honest and go the extra mile for you. Never try to up sale or tell you something needed when not. Even transported me back and forth while getting service on my vehicle. A nice touch is they always greet me and their current customers by names while walking in the front door. They’re reasonably priced.
The first time I came in thinking that I needed to have brakes put on one of our vehicles. They said no and being a women most places see ($$$), and want to take advantage of you. Telling you that you need something that you don’t need to have serviced.
If you want good reliable work from great prices on oil changes to whatever needed and honesty then look no further and give em your business! You won’t be disappointed… promise:)

I spent the morning at my cars dealership, where they wanted to replace my tire for $ 235 + tax because of a nail in close to the side panel. I took it to Long Tire, was immediately greeted by the service manager, Nate Fear, who pulled my car right in to the garage, and on a lift to examine. He could have easily charged me for a new tire, but instead he took my tire off, and after examining it closer, was able to put a patch on the tire. What else? He did it himself, quickly, and efficiently, and had me out of there in 15 minutes, with the promise that I would spread the word about his service in exchange for his handy work. I have NEVER had a better experience with a service center! It’s clear that Nate is in the right line of work. He really wanted to see what the problem was and fix it! I am going here from now on for all of my car repair and maintenance needs!

Never Ever. Again.
Handed them the keys when they weren’t busy at all and they estimated 1.5 hours before the oil change was done. Oil changes never take 1.5 hours, so right away it was a red flag that they were planning on screwing us.
So, we go next door to grab some lunch and they call us. «Hey, your oil tray needs replaced. It will be $ 400… Also, your transmission, radiator and brakes need flushed… that will come out to a total of $ 1300»
Translation: BS tactics.
Really, guys?
Our server and a server who overheard us asked if we were getting our car worked on next door and they both rolled their eyes and apologized. Apparently these guys try to dupe just about everyone.
Sorry, Long Tire, I’ve worked at a mechanic shop for several years and know this game. This prevents returning customers.
Next time give me a warning if you’re about to f#@k me so I can just take my car somewhere else.
