Let me start off by saying that I am not one to write reviews online. However, after my recent experience with MicroTech and the owner of the company Mark I knew I had to.
Two weeks ago we developed a leak in our wall, after having a plumber come out to fix the problem he informed us of mold in the wall, apparently the leak had been the size of a pinhole for possibly a year and decided one day just to give way of we probably would have never known about it. Of course when I heard «MOLD!» panic immediately set in, I have never dealt with mold before I did not know who to call, how long would this take? was I going to get sick? What about my beloved pets? Did I have to move out of the house? I went to the internet and found a local company who agreed to come out the next day and give me an estimate. After meeting with that company I thought that the price was a little high to get rid of the mold and replace the drywall would cost me roughly $ 4000. I decided to take another look online and see if I could get a second opinion I found MicroTech and called a little after 5pm and spoke with Mark the owner of the company, by 9:30 the next morning Mark was standing in my living room he took a sample of the mold so that he could see exactly what type of mold it was and if the mold was still active, depending on the type of mold would also decide his treatment method. I was immediately impressed, the first company had done no such thing. He also patiently answered the barrage of questions I had for him. Mark called the next day and gave me the run down of the type of mold I had growing in my walls. He came out himself and removed the nasty mold from my house within a few hours I was mold free and very excited. I cannot explain the level of professionalism and high regard this company has for its customers. A few days later new drywall was put up and my house is slowly returning to normal. If you are like me and find yourself with a mold problem, do yourself a favor and call MicroTech I promise you won’t be disappointed with the level of service you receive and the fair price that Mark charges for his outstanding work.
