Starbucks

Drinks are consistent with Starbucks brand.
For best results, go inside when you’re not in a rush.
The drive thru is slower than the US government.

Dark Roast sucks. I think I’ll stick with Dunkin’ on this one. I love the atmosphere though, I go in with my Dunkin’ cup and study. Food is okay too.

My coffee is always perfectly prepared and the staff is always very friendly. The drive thru is ridiculously slow though.

This is my favorite Starbucks location. They always get my order right and they are fast and friendly. I don’t need to say much for the quality of Starbucks in general as everyone already knows how awesome they are. :)

Well this recent Starbucks visit went sorry here’s why. My father, my mother and I visited this Starbucks location for a nice coffee treat for a cold day and we went thru the drive thru. When we receive the coffee the lids wasn’t on there all the way and the coffee spilled everywhere in my father’s truck. As you can see in the picture’s I posted in the photograph section. My mocha frappachino cup was split in half for unknown reason.
I spoked with one of the shift leaders over the phone they claim they were going to tell the manager of that store to call me back but they never did it’s been four days since it happen 2÷18÷2015 is the official date when the issue happened. My father got burnt when the hot coffee went all over the place. I had two speak to two different people at Starbucks Customer Relations Department for the same issue and finally two days later a Supervisor from the Level 2 Customer Service Realations Supervisor team called me and asked me what all happen have I heard from the manager of the store or spoke to anyone from the store and I replied with Yes, the shift leader and she claim that she was going to leave a message for the manager to call me back that day and she hasn’t so far.
The District manager called me yesterday (Saturday 2÷21÷2015) to tell me she’s going to get the bottom of this and figure out what email I need to try to send the photographs of what all got damage in my father’s truck and how much the cost is to detail the whole inside of the interior.
To me this Starbucks location lacks common sense when it comes to check the coffee cups, lids and etc before they hand the hot coffee or cold coffee to the customers before they leave the store.
So hopefully I will have the final solution from the Staff that works for Starbucks.

SLOWEST DRIVE THRU EVERRRRRR! So frustrating to wait 15 mins. The employees show no compassion and are immature. Praying for a better 24 hour location in Brandon.

It’s a Starbucks so I won’t comment on the drinks as everything is pretty standard across the board. However when I went Sunday this location was a little busy and it took a bit of time to get my drink. Other than that it was clean location. I sat at a table for about two hours with two ladies discussing things and it was clean. With the amount of tea I drank too, I had to go to the bathroom and that was clean as well. I judge places by the cleanliness of their bathrooms, and this Starbucks passed.

I know what you guys are going to say. Ugh why is Carlos reviewing Starbucks? STARBUCKS. INDEPENDENT COFFEE SHOP KILLERS OF THE UNITED STATES. *Shocked*. *Flabbergasted*. *Two thumbs down*. *Zero stars*.
Now I’m going to admit that I like Starbucks. Why do I like Starbucks? Simple. Free and fast internet. Lots of plugs and tables. Free water. Starbucks is essentially a free work-​space where you don’t feel guilty if you buy a coffee or not because Starbucks is making bank internationally regardless.
Now why am I writing a review about this location? It’s 24 hours. It is the ONLY 24 hour place in all of Brandon (and one of the few in all of Tampa Bay) and being the night-​owl that I am it is a safe-​haven for getting work done and also being able to grab a coffee late at night.
The coffee? It’s Starbucks. If you want a delicious coffee go somewhere else, if you want a convenient coffee, there is Starbucks.

This location is so slow! There is always a long line in the drive thru and no one inside, so I thought I could save time by running in. Not the case. When there is only one person making the drinks it will not make a difference. As I waited for my drink I counted 7 total employees and only one making drinks?! That doesn’t make any sense to me at all. While I waited I wandered around the shop and the place was filthy, none of those 7 employees were cleaning either. There were wrappers on the floor, spilled coffee, sugar & cream on the counter. I wouldn’t not have touched the tops of the tables they appeared to be sticky and need a good wipe down and you could see where someone must have dropped their coffee and when I hit the ground splashed all over the window, and no one ever wiped it down. I like Starbucks but this location is disgusting…

I love the service at this Starbucks. everyone is extremely friendly and pays attention to every detail in my sometimes complicated orders. The coffee is always great and if they do mess up, they correct it without hesitation.

It’s Starbucks so the coffee, etc is fine. BUT it has the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a Starbucks. You need new management. Average wait time is 15 mins, no matter what time of day. Best example I wrote this waiting for a coffee at the drive through on one hand.

I love the service I get from this Starbucks I like the management ‚& workers are excellent especially the morning staff could not be happier
