I have the option of going to three different Dunkin Donuts on my way in to work. This is my preferred. They’re fast. They have a lot of customers and they focus on getting people in and out. Their courtesy may be set aside since the focus is on speed, and I’ve grown to the point where I’m okay with it. They get me along my way, which is exactly what I want. I recommend giving them a couple of tries before deciding whether or not they have something to offer you.

Last few times here our order was not correct. Management doesn’t seem interested in customer care. I avoid this DD and travel down the road(out of the way) to avoid the aggravation.

Worse DD I’ve ever been too. Completely unorganized, it was chaos just trying to order coffee and donuts. A customer walked out without his order in front of me bc of the wait and service.

Well the service is hit and mess depends whos working that day at the Dunkin Doughnuts some days it will be pleasant getting your order and some days someone will mess up the order and not fix it. I’ll give you an example about 12am in the morning I decided to go get coffee for the next morning to enjoy. When I got to the window to pay for the coffee a guy didn’t mark on the coffee cups which coffee was which claimed he didn’t have a marker or a pen to mark on the coffee cup what it was. So I gave him the pen I had I wasn’t never using! When I got the coffee home it was some of the nastiest coffee we ever tasted it was nasty and had a burnt taste to it. So I called the manager the next day she was shocked that the employee who waited on me through the drive thru had the coffee messed up, claimed he didn’t have a marker or pen, also didn’t offer to make new coffee. She offered free coffee the next time we come there so I did and she hooked me up with free coffee for the problem that could have been fixed in the first place. I am happy with the over all experience it just some days re think before you give a customer bad coffee or messing up the other. Also make sure the customer is happy!

This place is always packed in the morning. Literally the drive thru line is out to 60 and inside they are lined up to the entry door. There is no coffee, bagel etc that is worth waiting in a line like that for. They need to do a better job in staffing during their peak hours.

Very good quick service. My husband and I go by about once a week or more and they are always pretty quick with our order. I would say the staff is not overly friendly, but I’ve never had anyone rude or short. My biggest frustration is the carb loaded menu which this location has nothing to do with. My husband likes their breakfast sandwhiches which is why we go.

I dont think that I will be a regular here. The service is quick, but it might break some of the employees faces if they crack a smile and say hello.
