I used to come to this Taco Bell frequently, about three years ago. However, the service, cleanliness, and quality have gone down dramatically since then. upon entering this location, one can readily see signs the building is in need of repairs: chipped tiles on the walls, tables that lean and wobble, a loudly rattling air conditioner, and a front counter that is starting to lose its laminate covering. They do seem to re-paint on a regular basis, as the walls are bright, shiny, and clean, but a fresh coat of paint only goes so far. Additionally, on my last couple of trips I’ve had ants traipsing across my table and multiple, large flies buzzing around trying to land on me and my food. It seems as though they do not have regular pest control treatments. Service is a mixed bag, and seems to depend upon which shift is on and whether you speak Spanish fluently. The regular daytime cashier, Maria, I believe, either does not understand English well or else cannot hear very well at all. She has difficulty understanding even basic, common orders, gets confused easily, forgets items, and rings up incorrect items. She also seems to have trouble understanding, repeating, and spelling common names. Additionally, she has only one speed, and that is slow. If you go through the drive through, you are much more likely to speak to someone who can understand you, but be certain to check the contents of your bag carefully before pulling out of the parking lot, as odds are something will be missing or incorrect. As a final nail in the coffin of their service, this is the one location in the area at which I cannot use the Taco Bell app to order ahead. Of the half-dozen times I have attempted to use the app to order, they have gotten my order right once. Two other times they couldn’t find the order at all, once they accidentally gave it away to a drive-thru customer(I had selected the option on the app to pick-up inside), and twice they forgot multiple items or got items wrong, despite the app explicitly listing what should be in the order and how to prepare it. On each occasion, they’ve waived off the issues with a snarky, «It’s a new system,» response. Sorry, it’s been active for months now, and every other TB location in the area has figured out how to use it without a hitch; «it’s new» is not a valid excuse at this point. The food is average for a TB, but I have noticed they consistently serve smaller portions than I receive at other area TB locations. I hate paying full price for a half-filled taco or a burrito that is 90% tortilla. Taco Bell has been one of my go-to spots for a quick bite since I was a teenager. Recent corporate policy decisions regarding changes to the menu and drink selection have curtailed my visits – I now eat at Taco Bell 1 to 2 times a month, versus my previous 1 to 2 times per week – and when I do get a craving for their food, this is absolutely the last location I’ll visit, even if I have to go out of my way to visit a different one.

Not being a hamburger person, Taco Bell is typically pretty good fast food. Although the drive thru at this location is horrible. More often than not the order is either wrong or there are items missing. I strongly recommend you check your order before pulling away.
