I wanted a V shape hair cut with layers; I had a very long hair (waist length). I came out with no V shape and she cut my hair so much that ended up just above the bra line. I am absolutely disappointed about the level of knowledge and professionalism. The girl’s name was Jessica. Do yourself a favor and look for a qualified person to do the job. Now I will have to find a treatment to help my hair grow fast again because of someone without the minimum skills to perform a good job. I do not and will not recommend this place.

Horrible customer service. I came in early on a Saturday evening and there were only two women working, I wasn’t greeted but rather barked at by a woman who spoke broken English and told «30 minutes, come back». I asked if I could leave my name and a large black woman shrugged and acted as if I was imposing and came and handed me a sign in sheet. I said that I’d be back in a few minutes and I walked down a few stores, bought some overpriced yogurt and came back. This time there was another man waiting and they took him first, I asked about the sign in sheet and the woman ignored me and I asked if he had an appointment and she simply said «no» and began talking to the other customer who said he was only passing through town. I got up and asked what the point of a sign in sheet was and walked out. By their rude behavior, they may have helped a customer who isn’t from here and won’t be back but they lost a local and regular customer. There are many other places to get your hair cut in the area without having to fight for parking or your actual haircut…
