The Village Early Learning Center

The Village is a part of our family. We have one child who has completed their curriculum from the infant room all the way through the #1 rated VPK program in the Greater Brandon area. Our child has excelled in elementary school based on the skills obtained while attending the Village.
We have a second child who continues to grow and thrive daily while attending The Village. Not only is she gaining an education, she has a great confidence in herself as a result of the love given by the teachers.
I would recommend this school to any family who is pursing excellence in character and education for their children. The staff is friendly, responsive, and concerned about each child. As the proverb states «It takes a Village to raise a child».

I am not impressed with Village Early Learning Center (formerly Tutor Time). Although there are two good teachers in the Two’s group, the teachers in the one year-​old room were awful. It was hard to understand the heavy Spanish accents; they also didn’t seem caring or empathetic for the little ones.
Neither owners could get the billing right, numerous errors and overcharges. Beware of their promises to waive any fees only to charge you later. One of the owners offered a loyalty/​courtesy adjustment as bait to get us into their facility; it’s happened to other parents as well.
The playground area is full of ants — our child was bitten almost every day. The facility is filthy, trash cans with foot levers are broken (need to open with hands),. I believe teachers are undercompensated for what they have to put up with.
