Express Nail Spa

Poor service, shabby nail job. Will never come back. Not even for last minute service.

I have been going here for a few months now and I absolutely love it. For months I have been looking for the perfect nail home and I have found it. All the nail techs have such good attention to detail and that is what is a big thing for me. The massages that come along with the pedicures are to die for (biggest reason I come).

Still ok… OK…but not many techs in the shop and this time the tech cut me spending too much time going around the cuticle. I don’t like a really thin– thin coating of product so did not last as long starting cracking around edges earlier than usual. I also like tech to take brush and go around edges of nail, so product is fully filled in more.
Still ok, I edited cause I thought my review wasn’t really fair after I re-​read it.
But I need more colors MORE, ladies like lots of color choices, I need more techs Fri, Sat, Sun… ladies only like to wait so long,
You know KV salons moved up closer to Brandywine… Just saying they have more colors, lots more, but prices are higher, I’d like to stay closer to home but I gotta get a little more…

I had terrible service from Mindy. My mother and I had went there today and Mindy had an attitude when asked about who is going first (the person who just came in or me/​her daughter) also this location does not clean the foot tub. I noticed when one customer got up the worker did not clean it out. Customer came and just sat down and put her feet in. That’s gross. Also Mindy used the same nail file for my mothers feet and used it on my mothers hands. That’s nasty. We will not be returning.

The service was fantastic, but the job was done poorly. I realize I can’t come here and expect to get beautiful designs like I do at my other spot. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted right away. I asked for gel Mani and pedi and I’m not a fan. I will not be returning.

It’s hard to find a good manicurist in the area, however I love their work, Sandra is good for designs, Mindy is my go to manicurist, she is very thorough and sweet. Quick and neat. The place is not super fancy with waterfalls and crystal balls, that you end up paying for at the end of your service. I prefer good service, quiet, neat and clean over fancy and raggedy any day.

Where my manicurist goes… I follow. So to be honest I didn’t know much, if anything about this place until my manicurist told me he was relocating. Uhmm, Yea whatever… as long as you can take care of my nails and toes, we can be in the woods for all I care!
So the venue is small but adequate. They are currently building or renovating the shop next door, so there was a bit of construction going on… no worries, I just sat in my vehicle for a few minutes so they could turn off their power machines.
My manicurist is the same… nothing has changed. The other employees are really friendly and even asked if they could take care of my nails… uhmm…no…but thank you. Lol.
I’d definitely, highly recommend. The other customers seemed quite satisfied!
