Copies were done well but terrible service problem. Dropped off large copy job with promise of a call when done that day. This was a Friday and I was to leave early Monday. I troed calling and got voicemail at 6pm. Turns out they were closed for the weekend and my job was visible on the counter. Had to contact mall management to get ahold of owners to get my copies.
Again, copies looked great and binding was good. But return call as expected would have been helpful and hours posted would be nice. Location is in an outlet mall so my assumption is the hours would be the same.
