This is the best non-brand name place we’ve stayed in in Branson. The rooms are modest but clean. Yes clean. No holes in the walls; no black goo in the corners. Old TV but it works. I like it better than the baymont on 76 we stayed at last week. You can get a better room but not at this price point. Best value in Branson. Obviously owned by someone who cares about the property.

Came in about 5:00pm and there were people waiting on rooms, because housekeeping wasn’t done yet. It would have been nice if that was our only issue. Turns out they gave our room to somebody else. They had the reservation in my name, but let someone else have our dual-bed room… let a stranger check in as me. After getting that worked out, they didn’t have any more dual-bed rooms. All they had left was a king-bed room… not going to work for a family with kids. They ended up putting a fold-away bed in the room for our son(after we had to go down and remind them… they totally forgot to bring it to the room). Didn’t leave much room for anything else in the room by the time that was in there. Also, only one person got to shower, because it quit working mid-stream. We tried everything and couldn’t get it to come back on. Their breakfast is good, but I doubt we’ll be back. Vacation isn’t supposed to be this stressful!

If you have to stay at your car, just do that and don’t get a room at Dockers Inn. I got a room for couple of days, and when I came to my room about 4:00 Pm, I found my room has not been cleaned yet. I was asked to rest at the deck next to swimming pool for awhile. After 30 minutes I got my room and found they didn’t change the sheets. Just changed towels. I called the manager and I was told«please understand we were too busy».

The reviews that are there now are from 2012. I stayed here this week with my kids and everything was great. It is under new ownership and the owner was working the front desk in the morning. They are updating the rooms as they go. Beds are very comfortable and very nice pillows not those thin flat ones either. They serve a decent breakfast for a small hotel. Remember folks they are a hotel not a restaurant so if you want a better breakfast then go to a restaurant. They have a nice pool and supply towels at pool side to sit on or dry off with. So if you’re wanting a nice quit and clean place that is not over priced to stay I recommend staying here.

… low water pressure and it gets cold. Killed a roach that was crawling on the ceiling. Old style tv. Bed cover had a weird stain. Great location and cheap. Had to park on other side of building to get to our room.

It’s in a good location. The rooms are nice but it runs out of hot water in the mornings so take a shower at night or early early in the morning!
