Not many healthy alternatives in Branson, glad this place is here. I always enjoy my sandwiches, they really do deliver freaky fast and while their personalities based on the other reviews, may not be the sunniest, i’ve never had any problems with their service. Today however… I had to jump on Unilocal and say something because the bacon I got on my sandwich just now is so unbelievably salty I had to spit it out. That never used to be the case, so I hope that’s not some change that they’ve made countrywide. Hopefully it’s just an off order of bacon.

Sprout NAZI! I called asking for sprouts to be delivered with a co-workers sandwich. I even offered to pay a crazy amount for a handful of sprouts. In the service industry I always strive to make my customers happy. I mean really, how hard is it to put a sprouts into a bag? The manager said he didn’t have a container to put it in despite the box full of bags they send the sandwiches out in, or the cups they put drinks in. Hmmm I’ve never been to this location and I won’t due to their«outstanding» customer service.

I live in St. Louis, where people are definitely NOT the most friendly, so when I come to Branson I expect people to be much friendlier than in St. Louis. This place killed that idea right away. I walked in and was met by two young gentleman. They guy at the register gave me a pretty crummy look when I came through the door. It appeared that I was bothering him when I walked up to the counter. I am super respectful to service employees, because I work in civil service and respect is important to me, so this was pretty frustrating when I walk into a «friendly» establishment like Jimmy Johns. I couldn’t decide what I wanted, so I said with a smile, «You guys have a big menu, I don’t know what I want.» The guy looked at me like I had just insulted his mother. I finally picked out a specific sandwich and he rang my up. The whole time he had a sour look on this face. The guy who made my sandwich was no problem. He told me they were out of bacon, which was supposed to come on my sandwich, and to make up for it he added extra ham instead. That was just fine with me. I don’t expect a bad experience at Jimmy Johns, but there is always a first time. Hopefully I caught them on a bad day and they are usually NOT like this. One can hope, but I don’t think that was the case.
