We’ve be been in Branson for nearly a week and have had a craving for pizza. Quite a few restaurants but the reviews are mostly negative. Finally checked Papa John’s, and the complaints were not about the food. Only had it once before and that was some time ago. Ordered The Works and it was pretty darn good! Fresh tasting ingredients, tender crust, yummy. Picked it up ourselves, the store was very busy, but the staff was very friendly. Didn’t order extras so nothing was missing and we received complimentary dipping sauce, Parmesan cheese and peppers with our order. All good.

Pizza and cheese bread were amazing! We had a very large order, & they did a great job with it! Very friendly staff! The only disappointment was that they didn’t have any parmesan cheese, but that was minor.

The only problem we really had was missing paid extras. Other than that, it’s Papa John’s… you know what you’re getting. They had an interesting/different way of doing the cheese/garlic sticks than we’re familiar with, but they sure looked good, they just surprised us.

Recently ordered from here. When I got my pizza back to my room, my order was no where near right. I also go charged for stuff I did not receive. I should have checked before I drove away. I did try to call and complain twice but no answer. I emailed customer service from the we age and immediately got emailed back from someone named Nick who told me he would give me a free three topping pizza for the mix up. He was prompt and very nice in the email. So when I left the next day I picked up my free pizza. It was amazing good. I will say they one of the best supreme pizzas out there. Wish we had a papa johns in harrison Arkansas.

If I could put zero stars I would. I can’t even comment on the food or service because they straight up refused to deliver to the Welk Resort in Branson. This area is NOT that big. We will gladly take our business elsewhere.

We were looking for pizza to take back to the hotel but couldn’t find a Papa John’s (it’s our family favorite for delivery) on other GPS units. We knew we had seen this one so went to find it. So glad we did! The service was speedy fast, the pizza done so quick, and it was piping HOT! Since we were waiting, all of these things made for a great experience. Wild definitely recommend!
