Horrible. I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery and they didn’t show up. I called and they said they ran out of dough but were too busy to call and let me know. Obviously managed and staffed by an incompetent team.

My family of 4 came to eat here and it was not pleasant. We got seated right away and no one waited on us for 15 minutes. The waitress looked over at our table more than once and never came to serve us. A group of about 10 people came in and got seated right next to us. The waitress came to tend to them right away with water and bread. 25 minutes later, we decided to walk out. The waitress caught our eyes again and didn’t stop us. No one even stopped to apologize or give us the time of day. It was not very sweet at all. I hope they read this and learn to have better client service.

This restaurant doesn’t have the dine in feel that I expect from a Pizza Hut. I took my family there for an evening meal, and I basically had to seat myself and serve myself. Pizza was okay, but the service was awful!

Springfield, MO
My husband and I arrived for a late night dine in dinner. We were not greeted when we walked in and we stood at the front counter without service. Finally I interrupted a worker and asked for dine in menus. They were thrown on the counter to me. My husband and I took our seat but was never waited on, so we decided to order to go and just go back and eat in the comfort of our hotel room. There was a 30 minute wait at 9:00pm for a take out order. We patiently waited in the car and my husband went to retrieve our order 30 minutes later and stood at the counter for probably 15 minutes without being helped. One lady finally approached (wearing jeans and not her uniform) and just said it wasn’t ready without even checking. 15 minutes go by and finally it’s ready and just handed to my husband without saying a word. The employees were very unprofessional, not helpful, rude, and unorganized. The pizza itself was fine, our breadsticks were cold. We will never return to this particular Pizza Hut again. What a shame.

5 stars for a Pizza Hut? Yes. The food was hot, satisfying, tasty, and the service was very good. Also, I’m trying to balance out the only other review which is only 1 star. I understand her frustration at calling during a busy time and having to wait so long but that doesn’t speak to the quality of the pizza, the price, and the service. BTW, you can go to
now (like I do) and skip the phone problems.
On our recent visit, we ordered on-​line. 5 of us and we had 4 special requests. (Including myself who wanted extra Italian sausage) So I crafted two half and halfs, found out the specials, and placed an order. It was ready when we got there but «oops» I forgot spinach. The friendly counter person said «no problem’ and loaded it on the half I wanted. They also gave us tons of Parmesan, red pepper seeds, and napkins. The pizzas were very good for the money!
