Pizza Hut

This is by far the cleanest & friendliest Pizza Hut we’ve been to in our travels. Our waitress Alyssya, was very courteous & friendly. She offered us options that no other Pizza Hut waitress or waiter has ever done and we have frequented many Pizza Hut restaurants across the country.

Really great pizza from here! I’ve had other pizza from the Pizza Huts in the area and this one always seems to be the best. Pizza’s are neatly put together with fresh ingredients. Delivery came before the estimated time and delivery driver was extremely friendly. I will be ordering from here again!

Excellent customer service. Our company ordered from this location for a youth event. They provided a good discount for the number of pizzas we ordered and they delivered on time with fresh pizzas. Additionally, I lost the receipt (which is very important for non-​prof accounting records), but Anita and the store manager went out of their way to obtain a copy of it for me. They exercised true customer service and actually followed up with my request. Good people. Will use them again.

Absolutely nasty. My family is on day 2 of being ill after eating there. I made the order to be picked up at 715. At 712 it wasn’t ready yet, no big deal, and was told to have a seat and they would Call for me as soon as it was ready. At 730 I had to ask again. My order had been done for at least 10 minutes and stuffed into the warmer. My wings had been made so long ago the sauce had congealed and there was only cheese on half of both the pizzas. The girl checking me out seemed shocked I would want cheese on the whole pizza!!! As they remade the pizzas my wings were placed back into the warmer for another 30 minutes!!! Nasty does not even begin to describe what they were like when I finally left. And to put the icing on the cake there still wasn’t cheese of almost half of the pizzas ! At that point I was so angry I just paid and left. Never again will i eat there again

Great experience. We went in with a group of 12 when they were about to close. They were gracious. Told us not to worrying about hurrying. Service was great, food good and to order. Thanks to Amber and the crew!

If you live in branson or have the time to drive to branson west the pizza Hut there is cheaper! Made me mad when I ordered a personal pan and it was almost three dollars more! Everything is the same with my order. The excuse they gave me was maybe they have different owners?!

Only reason I have them one star is that Unilocal doesn’t let you put negative numbered stars wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Very good Pizza Hut! Clean, nice and new with TV’s and free wifi. Its a Pizza Hut so no mysteries there but this is a good clean one! Service was also good.

If you grew up with Pizza Hut and love the formula, the pizza here will thrill you. It is WONDERFUL. The pan style (thick crust) has the trademark super-​crispy crust on the bottom side: it is baked in a pan with 3 oz. of oil in the bottom (I looked it up). The top side of the crust is impossibly soft, with a very fine crumb — the combination of pillow soft & super-​crunchy is devastating w/​regard to flavor and texture.
The thin crust pizza has a true «cracker crust»: crispy, crispy, crispy.
The Pizza Hut restaurant design has suffered quite a change over the last 30 years, to wit, it is no longer a real restaurant w/​an attempt at pleasant décor. To save money, it is now a naked concrete floored box, with minimalist booths and tables. The worst atmosphere possible. There is no sound absorption and the cries from scads of inevitable childfren echo around the room. I would rather not eat Pizza Hut at all than eat in these grim surroundings.
I do take-​out. Pizzas are always ready in 15 – 20 minutes and unless they are slammed (and they are slammed around 5 to 7 pm) they get me checked out super fast. The staff has always been friendly and quick, & for sure the price is right. Feed a famnily of four for $ 20 (without drinks).
You can submit orders to Pizza Hut online, and that is handy for me.

This is a brand new Pizza Hut that just opened November 2009. There hasn’t been a Pizza Hut open in Branson for a few years, so I was pretty excited about this new location.
The food is good (as good as any other Pizza Hut’s food), the building is nice and new, but the service is very poor. I have eaten in their dining room twice and had awful service both times (no drink refills, long wait on food, server didn’t come by to check if we needed anything, obvious lack of a desire to provide good service) and I have even ordered carryout to avoid the dining room and had to wait over 40 minutes (while the servers just stood around in a group talking and ignoring the customers)
Overall, the food is just as good as any other Pizza Hut but this specific location’s service is below average… maybe its because they are newly opened, hopefully their service will get better!
