This is supposed to be a seafood buffet, Most of it is frozen and cooked then put out under lights to keep it warm. I’m from Louisiana and should have known better but I gave it a try anyway. It might be good for some and I’m not going to bash this place. The boiled shrimp were pretty good… Some strange hours though
