So, we saw this hotel on Priceline and when I checked their website directly, I saw I could get a better rate calling the hotel. I suggest you do that too. Priceline was $ 39 a night and we paid $ 32 a night. They also have a $ 1 a night discount if you pay cash. The hotel was nice. It was clean and everything seemed in good repair. The location is fantastic and close to the main drag but on some the back access roads which made it easy to get around. The shower had the best water pressure of any hotel I have ever stayed in ever in my whole life ever! The bad things you need to know about? The walls are like paper. We stayed during the last weekend they were open so it wasn’t crowded. We were on the ground floor. I swear the Chinese acrobats were practicing in the room above us. The noise was loud and constant. I finally went up to their room at midnight and knocked on their door and told them to quiet down. All they were really doing was walking or pacing their room but I felt like they were going to come thru the ceiling. It was horrible. I highly suggest you ask for a second floor room so you are the loud neighbor. Even during breakfast, we could hear whoever was walking around in the room above the breakfast room. I bet this gets even worse in the summer when they are busy. Second, the showers are perfect for anyone 4’6″ and under. hahahah I am 5’4″ and the shower head aimed at my chest. I felt very sorry for my 5’11″ husband. I imagine it hit him in the belly button. I am not exaggerating here at all. If you stay there, you are promised a good and literal LOL every time you shower. Breakfast was OK. Biscuits were good, gravy was flavorless water. Yes they have oatmeal but it should be microwaved and all they have are styrofoam bowls. It’s not good to cook in those, so bring a mug if you are an oatmeal eater. They had a variety of cake donuts and juice also. We ended up going for a real breakfast at that place by the outlet mall with the giant chicken out front. Would I stay again? mmmm maybe, but really only if the price is right. There are many places just like this in Branson so I would take the bargain.
