Super pricey for small town bowling alley in middle of afternoon. There are 20 lanes and the only other customers were 2 mom’s with kids(under age 12) 2 games ea. for me and my teen and hubby with rental shoes was over $ 30.00 . We are from out of town and really not happy with the lack of a deal or offer of a coupon or something. Only redeeming quality was one of the staff(young lady dirty blond hair) She was friendly and didn’t pressure us to get drinks.(was stuffy in here at the time; think the air conditioning just turned on!) Asked her for water to take aspirin and she brought it over to our lane. When I asked for refill she got us 2 more cups and a pitcher of ice water. :D

Yesterday we went to Brattleboro Bowl with a group of friends and had a great time. The staff was really polite and helpful, and I was surprised to find out that their bar food was actually delicious and the price was average. We bought the mozarella sticks and sweet potato and again thought they were great. The lanes, balls and shoes were a little outdated and worn down but still did the trick. The bar had a decent selection of beer, and this bowling alley also had a little pool and arcade area.

Bowling was advertised to be buy one get one free, with shoe rentals included, however when I brought the flyer to the counter was told it was no longer a promotion(picked up the flyer from the rack inside the bowling alley). The lanes were being cleaned the whole time we bowled… awkward. Not a friendly or nice atmosphere. Unhappy with customer service.
