Even if you are not into bourbon, this distillery is a definite must do! We were given the tiny tasting(free) which was just enough to fall in love with their products. Everything we tasted was smooth and delicious(especially that maple bourbon and coffee liquor) and the man who helped us was incredibly friend. Would definitely visit again and can’t wait to buy the maple liquor when I get home.

Great distillery. My wife and I went to check it out. We got a peek into how everything was made. The person there explained the process and gave us a taste test. We ended up buying some to take home and enjoy. It was a quick stop but we were glad we tried it.

Great little distillery about 10 minutes off I-91 in Brattleboro. They’ll give you a «wee taste» of their Sapling Maple Liqeur, Maple Bourbon, Maple Rye and Perc Coffee Liqeur, or you can pay $ 3 – 4 for a full tasting. All of these are worth a try; the Coffee Liqeur is particularly fantastic and made with beans roasted by the local coffeeshop Mocha Joe’s. The Maple Liqeur is sweet and almost syrup-like, it goes down smooth for sure. They also sell some VT wines, including some interesting ice wines I didn’t see at the Brattleboro Co-op.
