I love bareminerals and everything about it, But this location has really bad customer service!!! I went in the first time and no one helped me so I left. Came back another day and there was one girl who helped me but was rude and seemed rushed. I will now be going to south coast.

I’ve gone in to this location several times hoping to get quality customer service, but am always left with disappointment. Being a firmer makeup artist as a freelancer and retail, I can catch good efforts at engaging customers and offering product information. I never see to get that here. This last time I went, it was my birthday and was looking to get my birthday gift– I believe it was the manager who worked with me– but I felt as if she practically threw the free sample gift in my face. She didn’t really offer me any suggestions in regards to their new makeup or meet me at a personal level. I felt as if she thought I just wanted my sample and there was no need to take the time to see if I had any makeup needs. Very very disappointed especially since it was obvious that I was trying to match my own foundation color in front of her and she didn’t even respond (in her defense, I guess, she was with a customer– but she could’ve touched base with me at the counter). Even my fiancé noticed her attitude and indifference.

Topaz did an excellent job on my makeup for the Rocky Horror Picture Show. The rest of the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and engaging. The products are great.

I love bM and what it does for my skin! I also love this store and Christine’s help. She gives me the advise I need without pushing me to buy the whole store. She recommend products based on my skin needs and not by sales volume so I love that. I’m set on my makeup now!

I got horrible customer service at this location. Had to practically beg for help in getting color matched & I was the only customer in the whole store. I had a lot of questions & very few of them she was willing to answer. I left without buying anything because I didn’t like the service I got. I will definitely try another location.

Honestly, this make up is the best. I have acne and have had it for a long time, and this make up is the best thing I have found. It’s lightweight. Seriously does not even feel like you are wearing make up. They have a wide variety to pick from, and everything I have tried is really great. Ariana helped me last time I was in and was SO helpful. She really spent a lot of time with me helping me pick out the exact shade, and she helped me get the best deal. Love it and I loved her!

OMG… I LOVE their original Foundation! It’s in powder form but glides on creamy & perfectly even with their brush. It really does look natural… even without using the Mineral Veil… which I also use… it has a natural perfect lighting effect. At first I thought it was gonna take too long and be a process, but it actually takes less time using this foundation than it took using regular face powder… I think cuz it goes on so even the first time & you don’t even need much. This is also the place to get a great all natural blush. There are tons of shades. Other shops are more expensive, don’t carry as many shades & doesn’t include a compact with a mirror & brush.
A subsidiary of Bare Escentuals and has been around since the 70’s. All their products are miracle mineral based (I added the word miracle), so you can actually sleep with it on AND you don’t ever have to throw them away, well not the blush or foundation anyway… or anything that isn’t used on the eyes or mouth where bacteria maybe a factor with time. But they don’t go bad and will actually improve your skins appearance over time. I just watched the short video on the website with the founder Leslie.
You can find bareMinerals products at other stores like Macy’s, Sephora and Ultra Beauty, but I like coming directly to the source. It’s a bit pricey, not too bad and actually healthy for you, so you can’t put a price on that. If you buy something, use it and end up not liking it, you can return it or exchange it for something else. They’ve also got a rewards program. If you sign up, you also get a free gift on your birthday, so if you think you’ll be buying enough stuff here, you definitely should sign up for that.
