Gamestop

My one and only GameStop. This is also coming from a customer who had to jump to around a good 4 – 5 stops. I have to say the employee here are the best I enjoy speaking with them and they always if not usually gives me the best recommendations on what games to purchase or sometimes remind me on what to preorder.
I also collect pops and figurines so they will always or usually tell me what new releases are coming out and out to preorder and man that’s just awesome customer service. This GameStop is the only GameStop I’ll shop at.
I also wanted to say is that this GameStop has a fresh great team and the people hear are all friendly and know their stuff here and also know about collectables too

My Fiancé and i came in here looking for a good 2 player game for us. Im not a big game player so it was hard to choose. We asked the girl who was working which she thought would be best, NHL 13 since we both love hockey, or Lego LOTR because im a huge LORT fan. She suggested LOTR and it was the best reccomendation ever. I’ve only been in the store one, but i would definately go back when the girls are working. Much more welcoming and comfortable than when you go into a game store as a girl, and the guys dont want to help you.

She calls herself the manager on duty but honestly… this girl needs to be demoted.
She is SO rude and SO unprofessional that it makes me want to slap her in the face. Put some common sense into that oily face of hers.
Not only is she rude but it seems as if she hasn’t showered in days.
If you’re going to be rude, at least be well-​groomed. Or at the very least, presentable.

This Gamestop location could be set on fire and nobody would care because of the horrible customer service.
A woman (?) named Jessie helped me out and she was, by far, the most unprofessional worker I have ever met.
From her monotone voice to her greasy hair, she was a hot mess!
If you want DECENT customer service, save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere.
And I agree with you, Ashley, this Jessie woman SHOULD be demoted. *high five

It always feels like the guys that work at GameStop were used car salesmen in another life. They lowball you on what you trade in and are always trying to up sell you a membership or something.

I will NEVER come back here again.
Besides Their customer service needing a tune up, the girl behind the counter needs to read an employee handbook on PROFESSIONAL DRESS CODE!!!
Having such a low cut blouse to where her breasts were literally in my face and I was talking more to her boobs than her face. IT WAS THAT NOTICEABLE!!! YOU COULDN’T HELP BUT NOTICE!!!
If she would have leaned over anymore, I would probably would have seen her nipples!

Guys may like seeing her breasts out there (which I’m sure she was WELL aware of her unprofessional dress), but I don’t need some floozy hanging her breasts out for me and KIDS TO LOOK AT AS WE ARE SHOPPING!
THIS GAMESTOP NEEDS TO CHANGE THEIR DRESS CODE, OR THEIR STAFF!
