My friend cracked the screen on their iPhone 6 so we stopped by this place to get a quote to replace it. That was a mistake. This business is simply a large counter/desk on the upper level of the Brea Mall by the elevator and where several walkways converge. It’s a high traffic area and must be like working in a fishbowl, but that’s no excuse for a bad attitude. There were two men working the counter today, and one was talking with a customer. The other was sitting down with his arms crossed and staring straight ahead, but we only had a simple question so we approached him and asked the price to repair a screen. That was when we saw why he was staring… he was watching a video on his phone that was on a bracket behind the counter and reached forward to pause it when we asked our question. He looked very annoyed. «Whatchya got?» «An iPhone 6.» «110,» then immediately returned to watching his video. Totally rude! While I wouldn’t condone an employee watching a video on company time, I can understand needing to find something to help pass the time if there aren’t any customers. But if a customer approached you, it’s time to work. This guy just had a horrible attitude and seemed to have absolutely no interest in being there and clearly couldn’t care less about customer service or making a sale. We were more than willing to pay that to fix the screen, but no way was this place going to get the business.

Friendly staff, fixed my phone within 15min … I was very impressed … I recommend this place to whoever needs a phone or whatever has a screen fixed they did a great job …
