Came to simply ask if I could have my car looked at for a sound it was making and was asked what the problem is. Well I’m not sure, that’s why I’m here isn’t it? So after the attitude and rolling of the eyes, someone yells out from the back that they don’t do that. Do what? Look at cars and diagnose them??? I ask if they can help me or not and I get a nasty reply of «we don’t fix those sorts of problems». What sorts of problems? Maybe I can go somewhere else and fix «that sort of problem»., and I just stand there while they go about their business and pretend I’m not standing there. WOWWWW. Is it because I’m a woman or is it my nice car that intimidated you?! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless I truly despised them. Save your time and go elsewhere.
