The serving was good amount of proportion. Everything taste okay, however, felt the meat is too greasy and too much oil in every item. I had the fried rice, walnut shrimp, and string bean chicken. Most of the food appeared greasy drenched in water, grease oil. Cleanliness is fair/average. Healthy: unsure as I do not know if where the meat is coming from– believe it is not made fresh there– probably from the manufacturers prepackaged as it taste 100% like factory produced. Vegetables were alright, unsure if it is organic. For the price, I guess it is okay, still I feel like I can cook up better meals at home. I do not like how they use plastic foam containers when putting in hot food items.

Can I just say rude? I just stared working in the area and this panda is really close by its in a nice area very clean inside wasn’t very busy when I came in but no one acknowledged me I stood there for a minute until she came and asked if I was ready? «Not sorry for the wait what can I get you today«when she asked me what sides I pointed at one and she replies which one with an attitude I ended choosing the the walnut shrimp which she notify me its extra fee for I said that’s okay and I also choose the shanghai steak and she has the odasity to say are you sure its extra too I lost it ! Lesson one of retail or any business sales when your helping someone out just cause you can’t afford it doesn’t mean they can’t «my food was a bit salty definitely won’t be back

Went at 9:00 pm which was 30 minutes before closing and I was a little worried the food wasn’t going to be fresh because they were going to be closing. I was so surprised to find how fresh their food was. The lady that served us was very nice and offered to make more of the items if I wanted. I was very pleased with that because most places that serve in that way wouldn’t go that because they are«closing soon». Great experience! Yum !

I went here for a school fundraiser a week or two ago. They were out of honey shrimp so I waited with my four little boys(ages 7, 5, 3 and 3 mo) for almost 15 minutes. I was busy managing the kids, but had to remind the staff twice that I was waiting for the shrimp. Finally they announced my order was ready, I paid, got it home, NOSHRIMP. I called and explained to Nelly. No, I could not load up the kids and drive all the way back there to get it. She said she would write down«in the book» that I was due a complimentary 2-item plate next time I come in — just give them her name. So today I go back at lunchtime with just my two youngest. All goes okay as they plate up my order. Then I name-drop Nelly and explain, earning me dirty looks as the girl goes to the«book». Is my name there? No. They question me as if I am not telling the truth. Then they bring over a handful of crumpled little scraps of paper that have names on them, which they read to me as if to prove, what, that I’m making up this nonsense? I feel my face getting warm and my voice getting louder as I explain one more time what exactly happened. In return all three employees look at me blankly or avoid eye contact and do other tasks. I say, «You have a horrible system. Thanks but no thanks.» I walk three doors down to Corner Bakery and have a lovely lunch with my 3yo while the baby sleeps. Panda Express — never again! I don’t need any grief over bad Chinese food.

Food is good most of the time. When they run out of something and they have people waiting on what they’re cooking though, they won’t cook it well so they fill the orders quicker. The service sucks — especially BRENDA, who always seems to be in a bad mood and is pretty nasty to customers. Caught her once mixing the food with a pen — A PEN! Did she not realize it? Maybe. Either way, it’s disgusting.

This restaurant apparently mislabeled their food, and a customer pointed out this error. Rather than thanking the customer, Coco(employee) tells the customer«don’t worry about the sign and just tell me what you want». That turned me off completely and I walked out of there. It wasn’t even directed at me but I’m not going to benefit a restaurant that treats customers this way.

I have had good experiences here since I’m right down the street from it for work. It’s always been quick and fresh. The people that work here are nice. What I really like about this place is that it’s clean. It feels like a good place to sit down and eat. The food is always hot and ready to eat. I’ve never had any problems here. I give it a thumbs up.

The food is delicious, the service is meh. I usually purchase the family meal. Most Panda Express places back the box and even push the food down a little to be able to fit more. This is the ONLY Panda Express where they leave a space at the top. I am paying over 30 bucks for a «feast», stop being so damn stingy! Oooh, also, the fried rice. I know eggs are expensive, but please don’t replace them with corn. How is that even a thing? Eggs aren’t sweet, corn is, it ruins the flavor. Don’t put eggs, don’t replace them with anything. It throws the flavor off.

Always out of string bean chicken! They tell me it will be 4 minutes and always takes at least 10!

Like any other typical Panda Express, their portions are small, their pricing are a bit high, and their customer service is o-kay. They keep their facility clean and their food tasting fresh. I love their orange chicken! I just love how crispy it is.

This place, for me, is always very much average. I’m never thoroughly impressed with the service or food quality. But, hey, when you have a craving for some Chinese food and this place is the ONLY place nearby, it’ll do.

Clean inside, quick workers and food line, usual good Panda Express options. No complaints from staff when asked for samples of random entrees. What’s not to like? Panda is a decent value in general but not superb, so that keeps them at 4 stars instead of 3.

Me and my family ate here at this panda in the city of brea on imperial hwy, first off the girls that took our order handled our order in a very very unprofessional way, I didnt put any stars on this place and will I ever go back here again NOWAY, the girls names are NELLY, and BRENDA, the only person there that were nice and professional were CAMERON, and MAURICIO, I also spoke to the manager his name was EVAN he was understandable about everything, but he does need to speak to those two unprofessionallly girls again!!! #badservicefromnelly&brenda #thumbsdown.

Definitely skimps on the portions. Not really sure why this place charges for refills on soda. Since when did major chain fast food start charging for refills? Annoying cashier starts refilling my soda and says that will be 53 cents. If you don’t offer refills, then put up a sign that you don’t. I knew I should have just eaten Chipotle.

This Panda is branch in Brea is nice, it’s large, clean & the service has been good when. Today we had lunch and the food was pretty fresh, servers were friendly — it was a good visit. I’m not a big Panda fan but I’ve learned a few things when I’m visiting for the sake of my fiancé. I always try the latest ‘grilled’ ‘stir-fried’ entrée thinking that I’m saving a few calories, and it never works out. I cannot deal with any kind of fatty/gristly pieces of meat, and I always end up with that unless I get what Tim gets — anything fried. lol. Orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp and brown fried rice — are consistently palatable.
