Payless Shoesource

Very friendly customer service. They didn’t have the shoe I wanted in my size so they called another store and sent me to them.

What stands out about this Payless location is the service. The employee is friendly and helpful. She greeted me right when I entered and was a great businesswoman I had purchased a pair of shoes at another location, but the same pair here was more expensive. She not only allowed me to exchange for a different size at the same price, but also let me use the coupon/​discount that I used on that purchase. I was a very happy customer because not only did she grant my request, she did not make any ugly faces, thin her lips, or try to deny me. I’ve been to other locations where the employees hate when I use coupons or try every possible reason to refuse them.
I’ll be back to this location for sure!

This is one of the best Payless locations ever! The AH & Orange location have nothing on this spot! The minute we walked in we were greeted and told about the sales! This employee was so kind and friendly! She talked to each customer the same and treated them the right way! She’s a prime example of how customer service should be no matter what location your at! She looked up a certain shoe I was looking for and gave me a print out immediately of where I could find it at! I would make the extra trip to come back to this location anyday! :D ^_^

I didn’t like the fact I couldn’t understand the woman cause of her accent and when I asked her to break a twenty dollar bill for me she said, «I can’t open the register.» Horrible service over all.
