don’t let them clean your watch. the guy said that he would clean my watch as free service when I dropped it off. when I got it back, he was suddenly saying that he didn’t clean it with chemicals because my watch was made of ceramic. I looked at my watch and thought something was off, and when I went outside, the color was pink. I used a magnifying glass to look at the color again, and I could see the original white color on the edges, but the rest looked pink and rubbed against with who knows what. He was telling me that I didn’t remember what my watch looked like, but I wear my watch every freaking day. And of course I don’t have a recent picture that shows my watch clearly, so of course I can’t prove he ruined my watch.

I was there just browsing and s saw a great selection of watches more then any other place in the area. The guys working there showed me some new styles that just came out. I liked their selection so much I ended up getting 2 Meister watches from them. They were honest and courteous, couldn’t have asked for more. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m shopping for a watch. I highly recommend to come here if you’re in the market for a new watch.

Wanted to buy my boyfriend a Nixon watch for his birthday so I headed here and saw what I liked. The watch is usually $ 500 but he gave it to me for $ 470. Obviously this deal was too good to be true.
As he was boxing up my purchase I asked him, «We’re boxing up the Nixon 51 – 30 right? Just to be sure» and he said «yes» well, when I got home to look at it out of excitement, turns out he sold me the Nixon 48 – 20. SOLD ME THE WRONG WATCH!
I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt thinking he made a mistake so I went back and told him and he apologized and said that he can order the right one.
I said okay and that I needed it by Tuesday (my bfs birthday and a good week ahead of time) and he said «I can make it happen» he said he would give me a call «the second it came in»
Tuesday came and no call from him so I called and no one answered. Called again and the phone kept ringing. I had to drive over just to talk to this guy and see if my watch came in. He said he was just waiting for ups and that he would call right away. No call. It’s now Thursday and no call. So I tried calling and again no answer! I called later and another guy picked up the phone so I KNOW that it is just that guy who doesn’t pick up the phone.
I went back Thursday and said where is my watch? He said oh for sure Friday or Saturday. So I said I’m leaving for the weekend and I can’t get it til Monday so he said he would leave a message when I came.
Still no call over the weekend. It’s now Tuesday 2 WEEKS LATER!!!
Finally I get a call saying that it will be in tomorrow. I went over there and asked for my money back and walked away.
Do not want him to have my business and he shouldn’t have anyone else’s either!!!
Don’t buy a watch here if you like to be treated with respect because you definitely won’t find any here.
Doesn’t even get out of his seat to talk to you and is on his cell most of the time.

Hands-​down this place is amazing! The staff knows what they’re doing whether it’s a high and watch or just in every day watch. Their prices are very very low compared to other Watch stores in the mall. Will highly recommend to all my friends, and let me not forget they carry good quality watches better quality then watch stores in the mall. Thank you

If I can give them 0 star I would! Came in to this place 1 month ago to have my watch fixed they said the need to order the part and that will take up to 4 weeks but they will call me to confirmed the price, they never did, I called them they never pick up. I had to go down the store myself, they told me the part is still not ready and if I want to pick up my watch without fixing it I have to come back another day, I decide to have them fix it anyways since I have waited a month already, called them six weeks later, they don’t pick up and went down to the store again and was told the part will take an other 2 – 3 month and i have the option to pick up my watch tomorrow. worse place ever! Worse service ever !

I came in needing a new spring pin and battery for a watch. At first I only asked if he had any replacement pins and he kindly took my watch, replaced the missing pin and handed it back to me. I asked how much and he said don’t worry about it, just come back when you need something done. So then I let him know I also needed a battery replacement and he said it would only be 10 – 15 minutes and $ 10 for my model watch.
I talked to him a little bit after the service, turns out its a family business and they’ve been at it for 20 years. Very nice guy and a great shop to work with.

I just picked up my Rolex from this boutique from repair. They did an excellent job. Z, who is the owner was very friendly, honest, and professional. I wont be visiting any other watch stores other than Time After Time at the Brea mall.

Had the battery on my Kors watch replaced here because I didn’t have the time to wait elsewhere. I asked how much? He said $ 12. Ouch, have never paid more than $ 10 and told him so. He just looks at me. Want it changed? Yes, please. He gets it done in like 10 min (great!!) and told me the total was closer to $ 13. Huh? I say sarcastically, Ohhhh, you meant $ 12 PLUS tax! You didn’t say that. He nods. I am sure it wasn’t his first battery change. Felt duped, because he had already changed it. What am I going to say? Take it out, you tricked me? So, paid and moving on. Less than 5 months later, I am beyond pissed. Battery is dead. While on flight across country. Thought I was stuck in a damn time warp. The first battery lasted well over 1.5 years! So, do yourself a favor and don’t come here to get a new battery.

For all you Unilocalers that love to eat (and I’m sure 99% of you all do), an average person who reaches the age of 70 would have spent about 7 years eating in his or her lifetime. So that doesn’t give us much time now, does it?
I’m always on a schedule and constantly check the time. That means having a good selection of watches to help me. I’m noticing these days that my watches are out of battery so I need a place where I can get my watches fixed pronto. Nothing like the good old Brea Mall to have a booth located right next to the Food Court, where I can go for repairs during my lunch hour. The two guys behind the counter tell me that it’ll take about 10 minutes of my time to replace the battery, which to them is about $ 15 of my money.
I have yet to find any other location where it costs cheaper than what they charge for replacing batteries. Also, I had a small issue with the sweep seconds hand on one of my watches and they advised that I don’t repair the watch instead of them trying to fix it for a fortune. This shows they’re honest and won’t waste your «Time» — Boy George & the Culture Club.
Their booth is not that big so don’t expect a large selection of watches if you’re looking for one. They also don’t sell any clocks either. I’m sure you can get better deals with these items elsewhere or on the internet. NOTE, if you need to size your watch, go visit any department store (ie. Macy’s) since they will do it for FREE.
