Great sandwich spot! We come here quite often. Today they screwed up my wife’s order. When I called them they went out of their way to make sure we received the correct order. I belive the associate who helped me was Alexa. She was very professional and went the extra mile.

It’s really an OK place. Definitely better than Subway, but I can make it better at home. I think their problem is similar to Subway… their weird bread. I feel like eating a doughy bread without enough gluten to make it slightly stretchy. The bread is actually better at Panera right across the same shopping center. Also more expensive than Subway. I guess the increase in quality is reflective in the increase in pricing at Which Wich.

Cool concept sub shop! Sandwiches are tasty, and I like that it can be customized any way you want. The employees didn’t seem to have hustle and it took longer than I expected to get my sandwich, but the atmosphere is cool.

I love this place. My friend took me here on our lunch break because I’d never had it before. It’s definitely one of the top tier sandwich places. I went all out with their wicked sandwich. It’s full of goodness, joy and yumminess. If you ever come across one of these places stop by. The staff at this location was friendly and courteous which is always a plus in my book.

One of the best custom made sandwiches around and always a great staff with friendly service! They have a great mobile app to order your favorite sandwich ahead of time to avoid the wait.

This is my second time eating here. Both time my sandwich was delicious. The bread is toasted perfectly, crunchy on the outside and soft inside. They don’t skimp on ingredients like some other sandwich places. We’ll be coming back.

Would not recommend bag 8 The Ruben as you can see in the picture what you get I’d not what they advertise. When I asked the cashier about it he laughed it off and said that they only do what they were told to but they don’t actually make it the way it’s shown.

I like! We don’t have the best Subways in the area, and we don’t really prefer Quizno’s or Togo’s; something about hard bread just turns us off. We had been passing Which Wich for the longest time and decided to just bite the bullet and try it, especially since we were in the area. You walk in, and there will be a wall with long sub bags. Pick the bag that most corresponds with what you’re going to order(i.e., vegetarian, turkey, ham, etc.), and mark the bag with all of the items you want stuffed in your sandwich bag, as well as your name. Go up to the cashier, order any extra treats you want(drinks, cookies, chips), and then wait for your name to be called. Pick up the order when it’s ready, and you can either eat in or take it home. It’s already wrapped up to go, so don’t take offense that it’s wrapped even if you want to eat it in-house. Ingredient-wise, they have good, fresh ingredients. No issues here. You have fresh-tasting stuff, and the sandwich can taste amazing, no matter how bizarre you may try and combine flavors(just don’t go crazy). Staff is polite enough. Unfortunately, they have messed up our orders almost every time we’ve been in. As we’ve been in the restaurant business, our main concern is for the customers that have allergies. For hubby and myself, it didn’t really matter too much, but hubby doesn’t like olives, and he had a ton of olives that were put on his order, when it should have been put in mine. The nice thing is that it restored his love for banana peppers, which he’s never tried in a sandwich before, so that was a boon. But, yes, they’ve messed up our orders in terms of stuffing the cold ingredients. Once again, not bad for us because we don’t have any major allergies, but it’s something to watch out for if you do have severe allergies. Prices are reasonable. The Wicked(3 meats and 2 cheeses) is so worth it. And the meats are of a good quality, so there isn’t any sort of weird flavor or aftertaste. Will be back. I just hope they can watch the ticket a little more closely, but I know it’s super-difficult when working on multiple sandwiches at once. :/

I marked off what I want on my sandwich on the brown bag. I told the cashier that I would like the mayo on the side. She wrote it in the brown bag for me. As I was waiting for my sub, the guy who was making the sub asked me if I want the mayo on the side and I said yes. He said why the bag with ‘mayo’ is not marked… he then told the cashier to mark the ‘mayo’ box before he will make my sandwich. I am like… you knew what I want why do you need to mark the box. Now, they put my order to the back of the line!!! 10 mins later, I got my sandwich and guess what? The mayo was inside and not on the side. They offered to make another one for me BUT they rewrote my order on a new brown bag AND I am back at the end of the line again. It took over 20mins to get my 7inch sandwich!!! I also noticed they gave lesser deli meat than before. Very disappointed!!!

Do not say this place is like subway because this place is so much more than that. Right when you walk in there are brown bags and red sharpies. This is completely unique, on the bag you’ll see all they have to offer and you simply mark what you would like in your sandwich. It doesn’t get any easier than that! This place is different from subway because of what I mentioned above and also the fact that the food itself just tastes fresher and better(regardless of subways«eat fresh» slogan). In the past I’ve ordered turkey, and chicken which I’ve found both to be equally satisfying. They also give a unique option that I don’t think I’ve seen at other sandwich shops and that’s the choice to thin your bread. They will hollow it out a bit so your sandwich isn’t overwhelmed by bread and I always get this and love it. There’s plenty of seating inside or outside on their patio area. I also really like the fact that you can draw on your lunch bag with the sharpies they provide and hang your art on the wall for everyone to see. This place has character that many sandwich shops don’t have. If you’re looking for a simple and satisfying lunch then this is the spot for you.

ONEOFTHEBESTSANDWICHPLACES!!! I used to be a Jersey Mike’s fan, but this place takes the cake, or more like sandwich. No matter what sandwich place I go to, I always choose the roast beef, and Which Wich makes theirs fresh. Also getting to put on your favorite toppings is a plus! Their sandwiches always satisfy and their Vanilla Malt Shakes are so yummy!

First time here and no more PoBoy sammy… Then I wanted to try an egg salad and they ran out of that. So yeah, that pretty much knocked it down a star. Otherwise I probably would have rated it 4 stars assuming those sammies would have been just as good as the one I actually got. Ended up with the turkey thank you. The one with stuffing and cranberries. Super delicious. My son got the wicked and hubby got the Reuben. All were good and definitely better than subway. I would come here again and recommend it if you like sammies.

Can’t believe it took me so long to make it to Which Wich… go ASAP!!! So much better than any other build your own sandwich chain out there. Not only do they have all the toppings that their competitors have(even those taste better, more fresh), but they also have toppings that you normally see at more ‘upscale’ restaurants(i.e. carmelized onions, oregano, honey dijon, hummus). Best of all, the price is incredible! More than enough food for lunch for less than 7 bucks! Not too shabby!

There is something to be said about consistency. I have been to more than a couple of the various locations of Which Wich, and I am very happy to say that across the board I can not pick a favorite location because the sandwiches have never failed to satisfy the appetite and the taste buds! If I were forced to select a favorite location, I would have to say it would be the location I happened to be checking into at the moment! BE Daring! Try out the different toppings! Or go for the«Swedish chef» and«smörgåsbord»! Come hungry or be sure to bring a friend! Heck bring a friend anyway! Who wants to eat alone and we’re not so greedy as to not want to share this place!

Another great Which Wich location! Love the set up of being able to fill out your bag in peace so there is no misunderstanding and no eyebrow raising on just how much I want on my sandwich. I went with the chicken and pesto and tons and tons of veggies and sauces. Took a bit to make even though it was not very full and I was not a fan of the chicken, but even after taking that off I still had a great sandwich. Sizes are huge, I got a small and still had half for later. Better than most other sandwich chains, I wish they opened for breakfast already.

I got a Thank you turkey($ 8) which is basically mayo, turkey, cranberries, and stuffing in a toasted bread. The turkey tasted really salty to me so I didn’t finish it. Not alot of seating inside though they do have a few outside. For chips it’s $ 1 and a drink $ 2 extra. Basically what you do is check off what you want to put onto your sandwich from one of the paper bags on the wall. Then you bring it to the cashier and they’ll ring it up for you. There’s a bit of a wait but it’s not too long and the staff is nice and they take card. They’re also pretty cool with people drawing on their paper bags to put on the walls, alot of people seemed to like Olaf from Frozen and Iron Man while I was there.

I’m Sooo lame but I just recently found out about this little chain. I found this place while commuting from Los angeles to Fullerton and I was just astounded. It seems that good sandwich chains are the norm around OC but let me tell you that There is nothing but Subways in Los Angeles. The best we might have is Quiznos or Togos. I have to drive all the way to West La or Hollywood to get to Jersey Mikes So with that being said, I know I’m so LAME but I really loved my customized chicken pesto sandwich at Which wich. Yea Los Angeles are the center of great restaurants but sometimes you just want something quick. I wish they had more chains like this in L.A. The cool thing about this place is you order your food by writing it down and checking of a list of what you want!

This place must be witch owned because the sandwiches are truly magical. Delicious all the way around. I have to admit I was rather hesitant on trying a crab and artichoke sandwich but it was just heaven. I added avocado. Witch, is why I have a brand new favorite sandwich place. You can add anything you want onto your sandwich. All the better if you are antisocial or just want to fiddle with your phone, everything is marked on a bag and you give it to the cashier. However, I do believe they might have forgotten some items I checked on the bag, but better lost items not to compromise taste. Just delicious. I ordered the 3 meat sandwich for my hubby, as he ate he groaned with satisfaction. Wow, I thought I was the only witch who could make him to that! I took home some Voodoo Chips to go with my wich sandwich. Spicy salty, creole much? Very Good. I am going to crave these chips later. Décor here is nice, small, so please skip the business lunch rush. I love the hanging art. Seems people decorate the backs of the bags and hang them on the wall. Good to keep the kiddies entertained. This place put a spell on me. I will be back.
