Although the food was great as usual IMO a huge part of the experience is the service. I don’t understand why our order was taken yet pushed back while they served the entire drive thru first. It’s pretty apparent when we pulled in to park and there was only one car in the drive thru. After taking our order we stood there for 15 minutes watching bag after bag of food being handed out the window while the manager was behind the counter helping cook because the cook was way to slow. In the mean time the cashier who took our order was busy making sundaes and handing them out the D/T window. Once the manager returned to the front after catching up on the orders I said to my daughter«I guess were not here waiting for our food, the D/T is more important than the customers who were here before them inside the building» The manager looked at me and said some kind of smart ass remark to the cashier and cook. He then decided to make our huge order of 1 chili dog, 1 chili cheese burger, 1 chili cheese fries, 1 corn dog, and a order of 6 mini corn dogs. After handing us our order the cashier kinds tossed the bag on the counter, turned her back and walked away. I understand they were busy, everyone hit the drive thru but you don’t rush everyone else’s order in front of the customer who can see everything you’re doing and expect us not to say something. I’ll continue going to Weinerschnitzel but, the location on Imperial Hwy.

Not bad. It’s a Wienerschnitzel. It is what it is. No complaints here. Got my chili dog and corn dog and was in and out in no time.

Love to eat these chili dogs not only so they make you squirting but also fill that gap between your stomach and large intestine causing the squirtage but it’s good jus watch out with grumpy old guy always pissed off at himself or something but overall those dogs always hit the spot

I’m giving 4 stars simply because the place was clean and service was fast. It wasn’t anything special but I do appreciate good service and a clean restaurant.

Why do I like this place so much? I thought about this wile eating a chili cheese dog while parked outside in the rain. The quality is not amazing, nor do I feel a sense of satisfaction after a meal. Yet every time I’m excited for these rare visits. I look at their food something like the food you’ll get when you’re looking to make something quick late night. It reminds me of the chili dogs I’d make in college. Average bun, slice of cheese, average hot dog, while the chili is pretty good. That’s it, that’s my affinity towards this place. It’s not much, but they are what’s available when nothing else is. Yuuuuuum

I’m kinda embarrassed to say it, but I’m a big time Wienerschnitzel fan. I came here and had a chili cheese dog, chili cheeseburger, and chili cheese fries. The prices aren’t great for fast food, but the quality was actually pretty fantastic. Very thing was super hot, cheesy and had that classic Wienerschnitzel chili taste. The customer service was good as well. Honestly have to say I highly recommend this location.

I tend to eat a lot of fast food as those of you who follow me will come to learn, so my standards are not stellar high. While the food here tastes ok, just have some extra time on your hands. The fellow working the drive in one night when I went through and the pleasant lady working the counter another time I was inside both took their sweet ass time! If I am ordering to go it’s usually because I have somewhere TOGO! but I digress. They keep a clean building and I didn’t hesitate to sit in their booths. But If I am really going to go in and sit down for a meal it wouldn’t be at a fast food joint. This is an after work stop type of deal.

Hey what can you say, it’s Wienerschnitzel! But service here is great. I love when they come out the back door of the drive through to take your payment/serve your food. It really keeps the line moving during busy times.

Ever been to a convenience store, fast food restaurant, amusement park, or just a backyard barbeque that serves you a hot dog in a cold bun? A hot dog is supposed to be served hot. And that includes the bun. Yes, the bun! You can call me picky, or whatever, but I won’t eat a hot dog in a cold bun. OK… I’ll eat it, but I won’t like it! The best thing about Wienerschnitzel is that they serve their hot dogs in a freshly steamed bun that is always consistently hot and soft. Yes, hot and soft — that’s what a hot dog bun is supposed to be. Their chili dogs are good for the price. Yes, some will say the chili tastes like it’s from a can. But don’t forget you are paying 99 cents not an arm and a leg. I also like their mustard dogs as few places offer this and I am a mustard fan. I see this as a hot dog version of a typical fast food restaurant. Food is good for the price. Service is good enough. But most importantly — the bun is hot and soft! Under the category of fast food, this is pretty good.

DONOTGOHERE!!! Ordered a Sierra Mist, took the cup cover off and saw tons of dirt particles floating in the drink and all over the ice. My guess is it was mold from the ice machine.

The food is what you expect to get but the service is very bad. I went there last night ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough shake and the guy tried to charge me for two toppings even though it is one. I spent 10 min(quite literally) explaining that cookie dough is one topping. Then they took a very long time to get the food ready. Overall I am never going back there. Not just because of service but also the could make the place look a little cleaner.

wow their customer service is horrible… came here with my Gf(12/14/201116:52)(time put for reference in case owner reads to know who worked there) basically get there, were thanked and rudely cut off before our order was complete. we get to the window and are completely ignored for at least 5 minutes with the lady standing right by the register. the lady finally opens the window, my Gf asks if she could repeat the order, which she does… but does it with a rude attitude… she finally hands us our food and just abruptly closes the window without saying a word. can’t really say anything good about this specific location… Idk if ill be going back here… I would rather drive further to another location knowing I’d get better c/s elsewhere. wouldn’t recommend this specific location

The food here is good and affordable although not a fan of their chili BC it tastes like it comes from a can. Only real complaint is when you go through the drive through they tend to overcharge you and the order is only right about 50% of the time but with that being said they are good to fix what ever problems you experience. Close to our home so we go here often.

On rare occasions that I get a craving for junk food, I always find myself going to Wienerschnitzel. The food isn’t particularly delicious but it taste good to me and it’s very satisfying. I love their chili cheese fries. The food is already inexpensive but usually, they have a special deal going on in store and they also have buy 1 chili dog get 1FREE chili dog coupon on clippers magazine.

It’s hard to rate fast food chains because they’re usually pretty standard. This Wienerschnitzel never looks too busy, plus they’re fast, they’re friendly, and they haven’t effed up a single order in several years of coming here. After 9pm, their chili cheese dogs are just 99 cents, which is a pretty solid deal. Right now they’re offering a bacon-wrapped hot dogs, which are vaguely reminiscent of the glorious morsels you’ll find on the street corners of L.A. as you’re stumbling out of a club at 2am. They’re not quite as big or tasty as the real thing, but they’re not bad. The«street dog» style is my favorite, topped with grilled onions, ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise along with applewood-smoked bacon. Bottom line: Wienerschnitzel is like the Del Taco of the hot dog world: you can spend $ 5 and get completely, gut-bustingly full without breaking the bank.
