Worst fish and chips I’ve ever had. Told the waitress it was very bland, not seasoned and not cooked as thoroughly as cod should be. She said it was the Irish way. Should I say anymore?

Nice Irish pub right next to the village at Breck. It sure beats Maggie’s. For a short walk you can get a lot cheaper and better food. Their chicken is really good. Waffle fries are awesome. In comparison, they are better than Chick-fil-A. Our friend got a burger and it was real big and juicy I had a buffalo chicken wrap which was good but way too spicy, so ask for mild if possible. Also for Apres Ski it can get a bit fun. Final thought: skip Maggie’s at peak 9 and head over here for lunch or apres ski.

Went in for a bite during trivia night. Got our reasonably priced beers and food pretty quickly. Above average pub grub, excellent curly fries. Atmosphere is a mixture of a dive bar and a Guinness advertisement.

What a joke that they call themselves in Irish pub. Went there with friends to watch Notre Dame kick Texas butt and they not only did not have the volume for the game on but they did not have the game on their main screen. After almost 10 minutes in a mostly empty bar, the waitress did offer to put it on a small screen. Come on it’s college football season and you claim to be an Irish bar?! Plus it’s the start of mud season and you can’t put a college game on. If you do go here, get ready for a room in a tent if staff who think it is your privilege to let them attempt to serve you. Skip this joint and go to Napper Tandy Irish Pub. Better staff, tv, booze and food.

Came to this«Irish» bar with friends to have lots o’drinks food and Irish fun! They have Notre Dame memorabilia hung all along the interior walls. But when we asked if they were airing the Notre Dame game On NBC the waitress had no clue. Then she came back and said that the bartender did not want to Air that game. Seriously? The bartender gets to decide? There were 12 of us and only 6 other patrons in the entire bar. We went to the bar and asked the bartender again… She was completely RUDE!!! This bar has a long way to go when it comes to service! The bathrooms are gross too!!! If this site had a negative rating these guys would have gotten it! We took our $ 700 tab elsewhere! You should too!

In town for work, decided to stop here for dinner. One disappointment after another. The service is super slow and the food was awful, my Ruben was dry and they forgot the thousand island dressing I sent the Ruben back. The beer was bitter. When we asked the waitress for separate checks she got pretty emotional … Stated«I am doing the best I can» … The BEST you can??? I personally don’t think when you spend 20 min at your friends table talking about sports while ignoring your other customers is not«doing the best you can» then she looked at her friends and rolled her eyes. I will never return here to eat or even for a bitter beer, there are too many other quality places to eat in town with quality, respectful, good, service. I should have read my fellow Unilocalers reviews … Lesson learned. I wonder why the owner of this establishment hasn’t done anything as the same bad reviews go back months and no responses. I gave one star simply because the lights were on…

I usually come to this place every time I’m in Breckenridge. but this time I don’t think I was very welcome here either a few other costumers the Bartender Was not on the job today took her 5 mins to get my order and when I ordered she never came to ask if I was okay I didn’t even had napkins to clean up my hands. I little more attention to the customers wouldn’t be bad

The service is this place was the worst I have ever received. We, a party of 7, sat on the patio. There were others sitting on the patio as well. We sat there for a few minutes and no serve came out, I looked around and noticed that no one had food on the patio so I walked in to see if there was patio service. The waitress told me that when it rains like it had been today, that she did not want to get soaked by serving on the patio. I said ok, so can we each come in and order at the bar and sit outside?, and she said yes that would be fine. It was beautiful outside, the sun was shining and it was warm. So one by one we each walked to the bar to order and pay, each one paying in cash. I was the last one to order and I waited for a while at the bar as they refilled the locals they knew by name and I was fine with that, after all there were 7 of us so they should take care of all their customers. Yet I still stood there waiting, I finally got eye contact and ordered my lunch. I asked if I should come back in to pick up my food, and the same waitress that I had spoken to said she would bring it out. I said ok, thank you and went back to the patio. One by one the orders came out, and were abruptly tossed on the table. We all continued to be polite and said thank you as the food emerged. However at this point it was obvious that somehow we or I had made them upset. I continued to wait for my food as the rest of my party ate. Since I had waited to order I thought I was waiting for my lunch. As everyone at my table finished I had still not revived my food and asked my brother-in-law to please go back in and request my money back, emotionally I literally couldn’t do it. He came out with my money and said my food was sitting at the bar.(He also requested the owners phone number.) It was obvious that somehow I had done something personal to the bartender and waitress, I was crushed. Then the bartender walked out and threw my order in a box on the table, said something as she walked away that I couldn’t hear. After composing myself I walked in and calmly said I am sorry I do not know what I had done to upset them, and both the waitress and female bartender started screaming at me. Complaining that not one person in our group tipped them. I couldn’t get a word in at this point, and my family on the patio(outside on the other side of the door) heard them screaming at me and came in to defend me. As I had to walk out, I could not hold back my tears or even talk at this point. Words were exchanged with them, my family and the locals at the bar… As my family left the waitress yelled, F*€% you! I would like to end this by saying that had the waitress came out and nicely gave us our food, and provide any kind of reasonable service she would have been tipped GENEROUSLY! In cash, since that’s how we all had paid! These two women should NOT be in the service industry, they obviously do not know how tipping works.

If there is a minus grading system this place wins it hands down. The service was absolutely horrible for such a fantastic town. I will never understand how the owner of this place employs such incompetent people. My wife and I are actually building a cabin in Breck and we went there for a drink and we sat outside. No one came to wait on us even though the place was not busy. I went to the bar and ordered two red wines(Shiraz) which I had to repeat a few times before the guy bartender understood, he charged me $ 8. We finished the first ones and true to fashion no one came to wait on us so I went to the bar to order the second one and the bartender that waited on me earlier asked me and I ordered the same thing. He took his sweet time and that’s when the evil female bartender came to help me. In the meantime the other bartender comes back with two beers which I never ordered so I told him the evil female bartender is helping me. When she gave me the drinks she asked for $ 10 which I paid and thought that was her tip(steeling). Sitting outside and in the corner of the deck we were well within the smoking laws of being 23 feet away from the entrance plus other folks were smoking and«no smoking» signs were posted so we were smoking. The evil female bartender came out shouting profanities saying«you cannot ‘f#%^ng smoke out here» and demanded I put my cigarette out. Other kids on the table next to us borrowed cigs from me and were smoking them. My wife is British and I’m American. The evil female bartender started shouting«go back to Europe». I left the place with such a poor attitude toward the entire town. People like these ones that work with the public should not be allowed to and this evil female bartender should be fired. I will never step foot in that place again even after I finish building my cabin and will urge others to stay away please.

I wish I could leave them less than one star. This place an epitome of a dump, with even worse service. We were treated with such poor service, made us feel like we were being racially profiled and forced to leave with pubic hair in our drinks and poor service. My friends and I, group of eight were visiting Breckenridge and first night we saw this place with fireplace patio and thought let’s try it. Biggest mistake of our dining life. Let’s start with saying this place only had about 10 – 15 customers total this evening. We sat down ordered our drinks and asked for water with our drinks while we browsed a very sad menu. The waitress then brings out two beer pitchers(flimsy plastic pitcher) and stack of plastic cups and sits it down on our tables and walked away. «Okay maybe this is how they serve a large party» so just went with it. I ordered a beer which this place ZERO craft beers on their menu, less than what you’d see at any other bar, along with my beer I ordered a double Glenlevit scotch. Two drinks they can’t mess up being as though it’s just straight drinks. I get my beer and my scotch which was a thin single at best. I get the waitress’s attention, she looks back at me and just walks away. She comes back tells me no that’s a single and brings back my drink five minutes later with a true single and called it a double. Which at this point is fine with me, maybe this is how they conduct business and being our first night I didn’t think twice about it. I can go on about how embarrassed I was for this place. But look at the picture to judge for yourself. Drink with pubic hair Racially profiled At the end we got our checks and even left them a tip for their poor embarrassing service.

Stopped in here for dinner and a beer on our first night in Breck. Not a good way to start our vacation. Our waitress barely said three words to us the entire time we were there. And it wasn’t even that busy?! Hubs ordered a french dip that was really good. I couldn’t stop dipping my french fries in the au jus. If you’re going to eat here, definitely order that. I ordered the BLT but the bacon was so overdone(which you will never, ever hear me say because I like my bacon super crispy) that it hurt to bite into it. A little mayo on a BLT would go a long way guys! It was bone dry. Finally got the uninterested waitress to bring me some mayo which helped… a tiny bit. I left bacon on my plate. Who does that unless there is something wrong? Hmmm. It was just okay. I didn’t hate it. The atmosphere was cool and the beer was good. I would definitely DRINK there again.

I remember when this pub would be packed after a day of skiing. They have an outdoor patio and are situated up high enough to see the slopes and overlook the end of main street — plus they have an outdoor fire pit. We sat inside this time, plenty of room, ordered a Guinness. sorry out of Guinness… WAIT…WHAT? An Irish bar out of Guinness? ARGH I settled for water, the rest of the group settled for something else… One person ordered a flight of burgers or something(4 different ones). They said they were good. They lost me at no Guinness… I guess I will call before going back. We stayed for a few hours until our entire group of 12 showed up since that is where we agreed to meet. We left to go elsewhere.
