Great company — they have earned my business. I own a rental property in Breckenridge and needed carpet cleaning for a long-term tenant turnover. I spaced making an appointment until just a few days before my service need. As expected, my(much more established) previous vendor was booked — it’s Novermber in Breckenridge — what was I thinking? Anyway, I called, left a message, and got a prompt return call from one of the owners, Pablo. He worked me in to his busy schedule with no penalty, took my lockbox code, and set everything up. On the service date something got sideways and no one showed up — I learned this form the tenant who was going to move in the next day. You might expect that this would ruin the experience; if it were a different situation, it might well have. But what separates HELP from many other competitors is how Pablo solved the problem. I called Pablo, he apologized, and I told him just to make it right. One of his staff got over there shortly and cleaned the carpets. Per the feedback I got from my tenant, the kid did a great job. The icing on the cake came this morning: Pablo called me personally after reviewing my invoice, apologized for the inconvenience, and applied a meaningful discount. I honestly wasn’t even all that upset — it’s turnover season in Breck and all of these guys are booked solid. I got an emergency schedule placement and sometimes things get mixed up. It happens. But Pablo went above and beyond expectations to make sure he corrected the problem. They’ve got a new client. Very happy.
