Do not rent D303. For the $ 200 I paid for this place I would have rather stayed anywhere else. It hasn’t been updated since the 80’s and the beds are so uncomfortable that my husband and I slept on the futon. Again, there are so many better places to stay in Breck. Don’t waste your time or money. Thankfully, we are headed to One Ski Hill this evening. Only wished they had room last night.

Terrible for the money and name Wyndham. Our unit D303 was scheduled to be closed off for 3 months for renovation because it was so bad but they still put us in there and charge a resort fee per day. There is one hot tub in the parking lot, wifi and you can walk to another complex to use their pool 10 – 5. The master TV was broken. The bunkbeds were broken and a sloppy 2×4 was the new upper rail. The ladder was broken but still there. The kids sink only produced hot water. There were two TVs in the living room because the mounted TV was broken. We were only there two nights so we sucked it up but I let them know at check out and their response was ok we would have moved you. Yes I should have called but hardly worth the 3 story walk up to move and bottom line — Wyndham takes 45% management fee on each rental. This is our second run down uncomfortable Wyndham rental in a week. They take their 45% and do not seem to care at all. Do not rent D303 Park Place or from Wyndham. Very nice complex with a ghetto unit.

We came in February just after the ice sculpture contest, so admittedly peak season, but dang these rentals are pricey! And they’re nice, but for that money, I’d expect private hot tubs and other luxury amenities. The location is impeccable — walking distance to everything and you can ski home at the end of the day. And our unit had Dodgeball on DVD for the win.
