Service was quite good, but the meat qualify was inexcusable. Tasted like stew meat… inedible. Several members of our party left chewed meat on their plates. Embarrassing.

Service was excellent… Eric was a sweetie and knew his menu. It was different and pricey but worth it. Ordered 2 meat trays, cheese, veggie tray and wine.

Fun cool place for dinner. The host and wait staff are great. I’m not talking normal fine dining good service, but unique and something more like you’d get in a small European place. No computers here, the reservations are hand scribbled in a pad by the host, but he’s conscientious about it. The cheese fondue, I think we got the one that was billed as their«most popular» a medium grade and it was awesome. The chocolate fondue(mix of milk and dark choc) was off the hook too. We got the raclette(steak and shrimp), which was nicely set up but that part’s really more for the experience and is a little plain, but the kids sure enjoyed it.

Great meal. Best service we have had in Breckenridge. If we could lick the dark chocolate bowl, we would. Definitely a place to experience in Breckenridge.

Excellent and authentic Fondue. I’ve been to Switzerland many times and the only thing that is different is better service here. The staff was friendly, attentive and made it into a great experience, not just a meal.

Franco owner very personable. Crème Brulee and chocolate fondue for dessert was delicious. Thanks for the great recommendation of what desserts to get from Leslie. Leslie was our waitress very friendly and did a great job. Did not eat dinner there just went for dessert. 2nd floor location.

Disappointed. Felt like a tourist trap. First, the food quality was good. Portions were small, awkward and expensive. We spent over 200 dollars on cheese, meat and chocolate fondue, 3 glasses of wine. 2 adults 2 kids. Our table was hot and busy. The place felt grimy with odd euro rock in the background. We had to ask for water and drinks several times. Cheap paper napkins. Overall, overpriced decent food with uncomfortable atmosphere.

This was an excellent place, food was great and lots of cocktail choices. Much more authentic than other fondue places I’ve been. Service was great and never felt like we were being rushed out. I’d certainly recommend stopping in for a great meal, but be prepared to spend some dough. That being said everything in Breck is a bit pricey!

Special experience, we ordered meat & seafood fondue — probably we missed the most delicious cheese fondue… The waiters are friendly ;)

What a great place, from every point of view. We were greeted by who seems to be the owner, or at least he felt like it, because he was really nice. We sticked to what we knew… Fondue… And we tried as many different items as we could, so we ordered cheese fondue, beef fondue and 3 kinds of chocolate fondue. The cheese was amazingly good, texture, taste, quantity… Beef was OK, they could work on the seasoning and on the oil temperature, since it was too cold and it took forever to cook. Dark, Milk and white were soooo good plus the white one is made of Toblerone!!! Next time we’ll stick to the cheese and chocolate and maybe to try the Onion Soup which looked great.

The owner is the sweetest. Moved from Switzerland and made Breckenridge his home. Second year in a row my family went to Breckenridge before Thanksgiving and spent our first night chowing at Swiss Haven. Highly recommend the onion soup and beef fondue. Attentive staff. Nice family and«we care» vibe.

One of the better Fondue places in Colorado. Definitely a Breckenridge icon on Main St. The staff is very friendly and authentic. Ive been here mutiple times when visiting Breck and never had a bad experience. The staff remembers us and makes us feel like home. The beef, seafood and cheese fondue are great but save room for the chocolate fondue.

I came here with my boyfriend for my birthday dinner and I was extremely impressed with everything from the food and service to the atmosphere. Our server Michelle was absolutely wonderful, informative and very attentive! The owner Alfonso was also very friendly and made sure we had a great time. I have had fondue before but this was great quality and packed with flavor. We had pear with our cheese pot, which paired wonderfully together. Filet mignon and veggies with a broth that was so delicious we even drank a cup of it after we finished. For dessert we had the milk chocolate pot which was a perfect treat with brownie bites, fruit and marshmallows. We ate every last bite of everything! I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better dinner and will definitely be back :)

I highly recommend this place. We have been eating here for about 15 years, and I can’t say enough good about it. We love the cheese fondues, but they have plenty of other non cheese dishes that are just as good. Top notch customer service as well.

Our reservation was for 8:00pm, and we had to wait for our table for approximately 30 minutes, due to the party ahead of us dining for four hours… Which we thought was ridiculous. Ridiculous until we ourselves had a three hour dinner. It literally took FOREVER, FOR-EV-ER to dine at this place. The food was mediocre at best. We had the beef and you cook it yourself in a pot of beef broth. I’m all about interesting and different takes on food… If the food tastes good. This was very meh for the price. The chocolate fondue was our favorite part of the meal. I will say that the host and our server were both on point. Great service.

Food is okay, but that’s really abitrary since you cook it yourself. It’s just the whole experience that left us very unimpressed. The service was horrible, the waitress played grab-ass all night with her co-workers. The drinks came late… if they came at all. We ordered dessert for a table of 8 and got enough to feed 1. The manager seemed to be okay with that until I threatened to kill him, at which point we finally received compensation for the dessert. For what you spend to cook your own food, I would expect exceptional service… but not here. We eat fondue several times a year, and never receive such ridiculous service. Go try The Canteen, The Warming Hut, or even Motherloaded for a good experience. There’s also good sushi above Epic Burger. The only reason one would like this place, is if they’ve never had fondue, then they wouldn’t know what to truly expect in portion vs price and good service.

Service was excepcional from the moment I called to make reservations. We arrived 30 minutes early and they were extremely accommodating especially since my sister was walking in crutches and the venue is not very large. The food was absolutely delicious! We ordered Cheese, Filet, Chicken and Shrimp fondues and by the time were done eating we didn’t save any room for dessert. The timing was also perfect. We enjoyed everything and had a great experience!

First the good: the chocolate fondue was amazing, it tasted like rich smooth brownie batter. Amazing. Also the front of the restaurant is cute and it’s homey & kinda romantic inside. I’d say it’s good for a dessert spot, but not really for a meal. The entrée fondue was just ok, very very pricey for just okay food. I don’t mind spending more on good food, escpially when it’s something inherently expensive like Fondue of Tapas. But it simply was not that good, not bad, but not good. Definitely don’t come here if you’re looking for a a balanced meal, the veggies they serve are so minimal it wouldn’t even count towards your veggie count for the day. Beyond the mediocre food, the place was dirty feeling overall, and the restroom was beyond gross. Dust and hair everywhere, the soap dispenser was coated in soap and dust and soap was dripped all over the sink. The bathroom also was very old and the fixtures and sink was not properly anchored to the wall… the who think looked, functioned, and smelled like a poorly built never updated 1970’s bathroom. I could have gotten over that if it hadn’t been for the high prices and the fact that this restaurant is clearly trying to be a 4 star place. High end restaurants do not have dust, hair and soap coating their bathrooms.
