It Won’t Fit!

We have used It Won’t Fit twice now. Once back in January and again today. I couldn’t help but look them up and be sure to write a review because they really are a phenomenal company.
Aside from having fantastic service, their prices are extremely reasonable. Today they came to my house and they loaded and moved a treadmill (fully assembled) that I needed to return to Costco because it had stopped working after just a few months. I called them yesterday morning, and they had returned my call and scheduled the pick up time with me by the time we turned in last night.
We do own an SUV, but certainly nothing capable of moving this large, awkward object. The cost of a truck plus finding/​bribing someone to help me move the darn thing would have cost me three or four times of what I was charged today, without question. Not to mention that I did not have to do any of the heavy lifting, nor did they ask me to.
The two gentlemen who helped me transport the treadmill today called when they were on their way, showed up in a timely manner, were professional and courteous, communicated well as to how they would drop it off and where they would meet me, and even made genuine, personable conversation throughout.
I wish these guys all the best, and I hope that their company continues to grow and that they maintain their level of service and quality. We are moving away from the Kitsap area soon, but I wish every city we lived in had a service like this.

This is one of the best companies I have ever run across. Brains attention to detail and his reliable service is something you see less and less of these days. Super friendly and proficient. You do not have to worry about anything if you have these folks help you.

Highly, highly recommend Brian and It Won’t Fit. We recently moved, and had an old couch that was too big for us to take to the dump ourselves. Called two or three other companies and was quoted between $ 120– $ 160…called It Won’t Fit and was quoted $ 25…yeah $ 25. I took the option to have Brian swing by when he had an empty truck after doing a delivery elsewhere, so that lowered the price since it wasn’t a definitive date.
Excellent communication… was called two days in advance to let me know when he would be in my area. Called the day of to give me a heads up he was heading over. When he arrived he saw we had a large pile of garbage we were planning on running to the dump with my husband’s truck, and he offered to take it with him at no extra charge. Brian is so friendly, so helpful. Will 100% use him in the future.

Brian and his wife Amy and their crew are truly experts at what they do. We hired them to get some dining room furniture home from World Market in Silverdale, and also asked for their help moving a few pieces around within our house. When the tabletop from World Market proved not to work correctly, they worked with the store to coordinate a replacement and charged the store for the second delivery. For the furniture that needed to be moved up stairs and through tight halls, they went above and beyond to problem-​solve and take their time to keep the walls and doorways scratch-​free. A futon my husband and I struggled with for hours was a piece of cake for them! Oh, and their rates are reasonable and they are lovely people. It doesn’t get much better than that!

I have used Brian for years in my Design and Staging business. He is ALWAYS easy to work with, reasonably priced, ready to be of service and extremely cautious and careful. I refer him regularly and have always had great feedback.

We’re new to the area and was shopping at Costco and ran across some great computer desks and chairs, but had no way to carry them home because our vehicle is too small. Someone recommended we call «It Won’t Fit», so we did. It was a busy Saturday afternoon and Brian picked up the phone and said, «sure, and if you want to do more shopping go ahead and I can pick up everything at the same time and deliver it. This service is outstanding! The fees are extremely reasonable and Brian and Jason couldn’t be nicer! We ended up with approximately 15 pieces of furniture, and they handled everything! They had to carry most of the items up two flights of stairs and they put it where we wanted. Brian and Jason are the greatest! We will use their service again!
