Sweet and Sound Home Inspection is a great honest business. Locally owned and operated, Rob Sweet, whom is the owner, is prompt, helpful, honest, and personable to say the least. He gave us personalized suggestions which gave us an idea of what we could do ourselves. He sat down with us for a reasonable amount of time to go over the inspection right there. The first company we used didn’t do that. His report the next day was clear and easy to read. There were arrows to show detail and circles to show exact areas of interest. Overall a fantastic job and I would use him again in the future because of the personalized service he provides. Thanks Rob!

Sweet and Sound Home Inspections performed our home inspection. Rob made a special trip on a Saturday so we could make our counter-​offer on time. He did a thorough inspection, taking many pictures. Once the inspection was complete, he reviewed the pictures with us and explained everything that he found. He then gave us a written report with the same information. I’m sure Rob would have answered any questions we had, but he covered everything so thoroughly, there was no need to ask questions. If I ever purchase another home, I will be sure to use Rob. I will also be referring him with confidence to anyone I know who may need his services.
