I am relocating to Brentwood, and looking to get more laser hair removal. I began researching my options, and found this place. I contacted the office through their website to inquire about pricing and the type of laser used.
Someone from the office sent me a email much later on with 3 attachments. Two were identical, promoting the same event at their office — and the other was a broad promotion of a few discounted services. No pricing, nothing that answered my questions. There was no text at all, not even a hello.
Horrible customer service.

I totally love the results of my visits at Dr. MB’s office. They listen to what you really want and work hard to get the best results possible. I have gone to other similar facilities, but have not been nearly as pleased as I am with Dr. Moulton-Barrett’s staff. I am so glad to have such a great facial rejuvination facility in our area.

Curiosity killed the cat or was it the boob job?
Hadn’t realized that people in our area get plastic surgery too so when I saw their ad in a local publication I thought to myself it wouldn’t hurt to check them out.
No, I wasn’t going in for a boob job but wanted to see what they’d charge for a tummy tuck and maybe some lipo since I’ve been struggling with this damn weight rollercoaster almost all of my life.
I arrive at the office and ask my questions. Pretty impressed with the whole process and the staff I ask to see their clauses and paperwork related to those procedures. SLAM THE BREAKS!!!
After reading over everything, my inner poultry kicked in and I decided I should just love myself for who I am not how I look. The staff were great when I told them that after reading everything I decided this wasn’t for me.
Now if I could only find something for them to do that won’t trigger my cluck alarm.
