Simply the best. I can’t thank Desmond and his team enough. They definitely helped me out today and on the spot. I was across the street at the post office and my car didn’t start. I saw that Carlord and that they work on Mercedes. So I walked into their office and got helped immediately. It wasn’t that they weren’t busy because I did see them working on something and there was a ton of cars outside. Everyone was so kind and helpful — Desmond and his team pushed my car from the post office and into their shop and immediately checked it out. I got my car fixed within 3 hours and the pricing was reasonable. I’ve been to auto shops where they charge you an arm and a leg for something simple. Desmond worked with me on the pricing and told me not to stress out. This experience is by far the best I’ve had with car issues. I’ve found my new auto repair shop! I encourage everyone to consider Carlord if you have any car problems!
