City Center Pharmacy Brentwood

I almost never write reviews. But this little pharmacy does everything right! They treated me with respect, completed all three scripts in less than 15 min and were very friendly. No more taking scripts to the big guys. Independent from now on!!!

Best neighborhood pharmacy. You get personal service. Friendly staff. Knowledgeable Pharmacists. They take there time to explain everything to you about the proscription. My family an I have been using City Center Pharmacy for years now never had any issues. In fact many of my friends and family have also switched from the big box pharmacies to them and every single one is happy with the level of service they have received.

My doctor faxed in my prescription to City Center Pharmacy. A few days later I receive a phone call that my prescription is ready to be picked up. A week and a half later I get a call informing me that they made a mistake on my prescription. They filled a Rx from a doctor I haven’t used in over a year!’ This is unacceptable and very dangerous! After talking to the owner/​pharmist I clearly understand how this mistake could have happened. This man is clueless and acted as if I was no big deal. I’n the past when I’ve used them I was thinking this place takes so long to fill the Rx, sometimes over a week! Well I decided to try a compound pharmist in concord who filled my Rx in 20 minutes!’ Try Bacon East in concord! So professional and trustworthy!

Great pharmacy, service and patient care. Needed specialty cream and they made it quickly and got it to me when I needed it.
Use them a relive the past.

Its a great little pharmacy. Friendly and customer service oriented. I just love that you can have a one on one with the pharmacist for as long as you need him.
