Edible Arrangements

Surprisingly this transaction was very easy online and over the phone. I placed an order online and then called the store because I had special instructions and needed to rush the delivery. The store was very accommodating and did their very best to work with my tight schedule.
Three stars because Edible Arrangements is way too pricey. And for the arrangement that was delivered, I was not at all satisfied for the price I paid. It was a cool one time thing but I won’t be using their services again without any discounts, coupons, or promo codes.

The arrangement was big, eye-​catching and well-​balanced with melons, pineapples cut in shapes, grapes, strawberries and some fruit dipped in chocolate. Alas, the fruit was unripened and tasteless. My recommendation someone at the shop taste the components before using the fruit.

Fruit was ok. I tried to send it anonymously to a group of people at a business and instead of using the name I put in to be delivered to (IT Team) they used my name which I had to put in for billing. Kind of incompetent if you ask me as I don’t even work there. Oh well lesson learned.

Yes, the fruit on the sales flyers and the pictures in the store look first rate. Unfortunately the two arraingement’s I received from the Brentwood store leave something to be desired. As far as taste of the fruit, it’s hard and not ripened at all. Most of their fruit is flown up or shipped from south of the border.
The little Mrs and I stopped in to see about one of their carmel apples. None were on display and she would have to make one from scratch. My wife said ok and proceeded to pay for it. When the clerk said $ 39.00 for a friging apple I almost needed EMS. I could have gone to Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory up the road from us and had three Carmel apples to their one. The idea of fruit instead of flowers is a novel one but at what cost?

Popped into this location on a whim to get a last min gift… walked into an EMPTY office… NO customers and NO staff… I was standing there for a few seconds looking around like an idiot and for a second I thought «OMG… have they been robbed or something? where is everyone?» So, i said «hellooooo???» and a few seconds later a female employee comes strolling out of the back. She says «oh, hi.» LOL I said «ummmm… hi… are you open?» she says «ya, sorry I was in the back.» Like, no shit… I could have robbed the store of all the goodies in the front cabinet in that amount of time i was waiting… but get this… the front cabinet was EMPTY!!! No fresh made anything. NO JOKE. It was 11:45am… I said «so, Id like to order something small as a gift… Do you have anything ready made?» She looked like i was speaking German… She said «ummmmm… ready made?» I said, «yes, im in a hurry, how long will a small basket take, or do you have packages already made up, like small baskets or strawberries?» She proceeded to tell me that she had NOTHING made… No strawberries, nothing. I said «how long will that take to make?» She said an hour or so… It may be me, but I would think that people come in buy these items on a whim… these things are not ordered in advance ALWAYS and people do not always have an hour or so to wait. I told her, not thanks and she didnt seem to mind me leaving. I took my business elsewhere, which is too bad for you. I just found it odd that NOTHING was ready made…

Have to send Hugh Kudos to this location! They are always ready to do their very best to get it done and delivered if needed when you want order on short notice! Great service in everyday! Thank you for being there every time I call! Yummy too!!! Will always recommend this Location to all! Thanks again

I love Edibles… I buy arrangements online anytime I have an excuse.
Unfortunately the Brentwood location is always sold out for drop in business. I stopped in multiple times to pick something up and am always told «sorry today’s been really busy».
Today literally not a single item in their displays.
Maybe it’s just bad timing on my part but doesn’t seem like they want drop in business.

Ordered a dozen chocolate dipped strawberries with birthday balloons for delivery and everything was perfect! Delivered early as well. They tasted amazing! Ordered late the day before and it showed up at 11am

Workers are fun! My orders came out as expected, very perfect. It was my first time ordering something like this, and I am very satisfied and will return for other occasions.

I placed an order with this location yesterday to be delivered today for my moms birthday. I don’t live near her so I figured why not go with one of my most favorite companies for a gift. I ordered the small honey bear arrangement and added 3 chocolate dipped pineapples & a happy birthday balloon. When I got home I found out my mom would be leaving in the afternoon and I immediately called this location to see if there was any way that it could be delivered before 2pm, the girl I talked to was very friendly and helpful, I believe he name was Terry/​Tracy (I’m so bad with remembering!). She said shed get it on the first truck to be delivered no later than 1pm. Long story short its 11:30am and they delivered it to my mom already! She mentioned she only got 2 chocolate dipped pineapple but honestly, the customer service and the fact they made it so my mom got her gift before she left and of course how yummy their products are is what gives them the 5 stars!

I love the fact that you can send or receive something that looks like flowers but it is edible! How creative, they are so pretty that you don’t even want to eat them but then minutes go by and you like yummy in my tummy! The fruit are always fresh, juicy. I ordered online and received my daughter’s Hello Kitty arraignment in two days as scheduled, also I came early and it was ready to go. The gentleman was nice and professional!

This business model is awesome! What a great idea! Too bad it is so expensive for the actual fruit that you get and customer service varies so much between locations. We are 50 – 50 with this location. Two assortments with very fresh items and two with questionable items. The strawberries were so-​so, with quite a few of them being green and some of the cantaloupe being too mushy. We complained about them and the store offered us a small box of chocolate covered strawberries as a consolation prize. But only if we came and picked them up. I don’t think we will be doing business with them again…

Once you discover the beauty and practicality of an edible arrangement, you will never go back to flowers. The arrangements are delicious to both the eyes and tastebuds. I cannot imagine anyone failing to be delighted at receiving one, especially if they haven’t ever seen one in person before.
The arragements are made of various fruits (strawberries, pineapple, cantaloupe, honeydew, banana, grapes, mango to name a few) arranged on long skewers and then placed in a basket (or tin or cup) of lettuce leaf. You have the option of having some of your fruit dipped in chocolate and covered in shredded coconut or chopped nuts. Some of the fruit are cut into flower shapes or hearts, stars, etc. Very pretty.
And since there’s a local store here in Brentwood, you can pick up your arrangement instead of having them deliver it for you to save yourself some extra bucks.
Ok, that was my review of the Edible Arrangement part. What I really wanted to review is the Frutation part of the store. Not only can you come in to place your arrangement order, but you can also get some very yummy fruit salad and fruit juices to go.
First time I went I got a large fruit salad, which was huge and very reasonably priced. I was actually pleasantly surprised at the low price (you always expect freshly cut fruit salad to cost more, like at the supermarket). And I got to pick only the fruits I wanted. Good deal!
Tonight, I returned with my boyfriend. After a disappointing dinner at the newly opened Happy Sushi right next door, we needed some dessert to cheer us up. So in we went to Edible Arrangements and got ourselves a small fruit sundae. For just $ 4, we got a fresh and yummy dessert perfect for 2 people to share after dinner. Again, we picked only the fruits we wanted.
The sundae was topped with fudge, whipped cream, chopped almonds and shredded coconut. I tell you that coconut took the sundae to a whole new level. I don’t usually like fudge (and definitely not on fruit) but combined with the coconut, the entire creation was so satisfying. I’m almost drooling just thinking about it now.
Service was friendly, though there’s only 1 server, so expect a wait if there are multiple customers. I will definitely be stopping by everytime I pass that area. A real find!

We have now had three experiences with the owner of this particular location. All of them terrible customer service. We personally only ordered once and swore never again but since two family members have ordered through this location to us and every time terrible service. Showing up 1 and 2 days late of promised, no phone calls then getting snippy when we tell them, I am shocked they are still in business. We have now spread the word to all of our family and friends not to use them.
