I love Iris’s cakes. They are moist, frosting is perfect, my all time favorite cake in Brentwood. Her shop is not trendy but just delicious!

Iris Staggs makes great little fried pies and sweet bars. Her small bakery is in the heart of Brentwood in Maryland Farms. Flour Shop Bakery is the best source in Brentwood for custom birthday or wedding cakes. She can either work from your designs and ideas, or you can use examples from her picture book portfolio. Either way Iris and her lovely assistants have been winning repeat customers from their fine cakes and sweet goodies here for years.
