Joy is amazing. I went to MANY bridal salons around Nashville searching for the perfect dress, and Joy’s selection was amazing. Her dresses are custom, beautiful, expensive-​looking, and extremely affordable (and alterations are really affordable too!)
If you are searching for a wedding gown in Nashville, you need to add Joy’s shop to your list of appointments. As a side note, I really wanted a non strapless dress and had limited options at others shops (from David’s bridal to custom boutiques like Modern Trousseau). Joy had an awesome selection of beautiful nom strapless dresses with varied types of sleeves. This shop is definitely a hidden gem!

Joy Fashion Studio is the only place in Nashville my family and friends get their alterations done. Joy was the saving grace for a friend of mine who was in a bridesmaid in a pinch. The bridesmaid ordered her dress before she new she was pregnant. After the baby and before the wedding, Joy worked with the very distressed bridesmaid to combine two different sized dresses. She worked magic and you could not even tell the dress was previously two! After she so lovingly worked with our friend and did such fine work, we couldn’t go anywhere else.
Pros:
— reasonable prices and turn around time
— new location in the heart of Brentwood
— beautiful wedding gowns to browse (all under $ 2k)

Joy was wonderful! She paid great attention to detail and made sure that my bridesmaid’s dress fit perfectly. She seems to take pride in her work and is very easy to work with. I was a little worried about what the price may be since she is located in the heart of Brentwood, but I was pleasantly surprised. Like the other reviewer, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but she is really fair in what she charges. I would definitely recommend Joy for any alteration work that you need!
