First of all for this place to be in Brentwood it is absolutely atrocious. My girlfriend and I decided to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn after a seeing a show at the Ryman. On the way back to the hotel we decided to stop by this store to get some drinks to unwind after the show. My girlfriend runs in the store to get a bottle of her favorite wine while I am in the midst of a business call. So I gradually make my way in to get some whiskey when I notice the store smells like bedsores and unwashed armpits. As I pull a box of Crown Royal down from the shelf a cockroach scurries across my hand and towards the back of the shelf. Disgusted, I turn to pace my way quickly out of the crappy excuse of a business when I see a bearded man has my girlfriend cornered in the wine section. As I approach her she looks at me in a somewhat panic from the corner of her eyes when I see the guy has his hand on her lower back describing the different wines to her. Not jumping to any harsh conclusions I ask her if she’s ready to go. The man(who apparently works there) darts around and says«what’s the hurry?» I politely explain to him that there were roaches on the shelf and he replies with«are you sure you didn’t bring them in with you?» Trying to remain calm I tell my girlfriend we will find somewhere cleaner to make a purchase. The man(who turned out to be the manager) then becomes confrontational and gets in my face raising his voice at me! I then try to remain conscious as the man’s breath almost knocked me out smelling like he had been sucking for tips at the local glory hole. I remain calm and take my girlfriend’s hand as we exit the garbage dump of a store. As we are leaving then man still in a rage throws a bottle to the ground and screams at the poor old man at the register to «clean that shit up!» I would avoid this store at all costs it is unkept and the manager is nothing but stinky redneck trash. Take your chances anywhere but at this store. AVOIDLIKETHEPLAGUE!!!

Have discovered so many new wines thanks to Grapevine! Great recommendations always… plus extremely large selection. The Grapevine tastings are always helpful too. The staff goes out of their way to help me make selections. Courteous, friendly & knowledgeable. This summer they installed beer taps so we can now purchase growlers for home & tailgating enjoyment! Easy easy access too with plenty of parking. Perfect place!

When shopping Grapevine Wine ask Adam to take you on a tour. It is always an adventure! His knowledge, taste and recommendations are spot on. The convenient location, great selection of wine and spirits and friendly, helpful staff are just a few reasons why Grapevine Wine and Spirits always puts us in the spirits!

Good selection of Trappist Ales. Make sure you look up front and at checkout counter. Went back yesterday and their beer selection is not as good as it used to be. Location is convenient. Staff are helpful and courteous. Great parking.

Grapevine has a great selection of wine and spirits. Prices are also the best in the Cool Springs area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Right now they are offering a Unilocal«check in» deal that gets you 10% off any bottle of wine and 15% off of a case.

I drive out of the way to Grapevine because they seem to be the only store in town that consistently carries what I want: MollyDooker, Peat Monster, etc. and their prices beat anyone in that area. Plus the staff is friendly and always helps me pick out something unique to try. I highly recommend visiting the store and trying something you’ve never had before.

True to it’s name, Grapevine is the best place to get wine. The selection here is really good and there is a great range of prices. I have seen wines from $ 4.99 all the way up to the hundreds of dollars. With that being said, even though they carry fine wines, there is no snobbery here. The staff is so helpful and there is alot of people on hand to help you make a selection. This place also has a good selection of spirits as well. The only thing I would suggest building upon is a better selection of high gravity, craft beers.

Great selection, easy parking, well priced, and super nice service! Motivated to get a gift for my best bud… after we discovered together the amazing drink called«Baby Guiness» from a nearby local place, Brewhouse South. They carried what I needed: Patron Coffee Liqueur, & Baileys. Score!

I love this wine store. Out of all wine stores in Cool Springs… this is among my favorite! It’s big, but not overwhelming… with a great selection in all price ranges! They are happy to make educated recommendations(that are spot on) and we love how they mark wines with ratings and top pics and other markers that help us make a choice when we didn’t come in for anything in particular. What I especially love is their friendliness… we always engage in conversation with their very helpful staff and when we visited earlier today we were told about a wine pairing event being held tomorrow that they’re sponsoring at Wild Ginger( ). Food & Wine Pairings, $ 20 pp!!! 10÷28÷10 from 6 – 8, in case you’d like to go :) If you’re looking for a great place to get a great bottle of wine, this is where you should stop! It’s unpretentious, unassuming, never too busy and always full of wonderful surprises!

Whenever I’m in Brentwood, I like to stop here to shop for wines. Grapevine has exceptionally friendly and helpful staff who always have an opinion ready. This is the kind of store where you can mention a couple of things you like and they will always have new similar recommendations. For example, I have a taste lately for Vihno Verde, and Grapevine is one of the few places in town that stocks several. I first bought my now favorite one there. They are located in a building that once housed Houlihan’s and The Cooker, so they have a good amount of space. About three quarters of the store is dedicated to wine, and unlike a lot of other liquor stores, they have a large selection of already cold white wines, which is a great find in the hot summer weather. Their cold selection also contains a good cheap to fairly pricey range. Their liquor selection is also impressive, carrying perhaps the widest range in town of Irish whiskey, some lesser known good brands of gin, and many liquor gift sets. They also have an extensive and fun selection of mini bottles, so if you’re in the mood to mix up some random martinis, this is your starting point.
