Jack in the Box

I typically go to Jack in the Box because I’m too lazy to actually wait on food to be prepared and cooked. So I came here to grab something to snack on before dinner to keep me going through the day.
So I ordered the two tacos for 99 cents (cheaper than tb!?!) and chicken nuggets.
Nuggets are pretty hard to mess up those were fine!
But the tacos. Let’s talk about the tacos. They were Luke warm. Like probably sitting under a heat lamp for a while, luke warm. So I proceed to just go to town on the taco. Being how hungry I was and everything. And I noticed the shell was pretty soggy. I paid it no mind and kept eating. THEN I got the next one and what’s pictured below is what I had been eating. Soggy ass grease soaked taco shell. I was so grossed out. I didn’t even bother going back to ask for a refund for a .50 scent taco but just beware! I suggest you ask for your taco to be made fresh. I will probably just never order another taco from Jack in the Box, just stick to Taco Bell!
Service is really sweet though.

Inside open 24 hours! Nice lobby, clean and nice. A fireplace and sauce bar sometimes. Win! That’s how you make a 5 star fast food restaurant!
Its the same jack in the box ad everywhere else otherwise. They let me get a 5 buck box before 9pm.

I love this place. This is probably the best managed fast food place that I have ever seen. The stuff is always very friendly and professional. The store is always super clean and even the food quality is better than in the other fast food places. I just hope they keep it up and mainatain that great service and quality of food.

Should have gone to McDonald’s. Just came back from Jack in the Box after ordering a large fry to go and didn’t find out until I got home (which is a short, less than 5 minute drive home) that they gave me cold french fries.
COLD. FRENCH FRIES.
It’s so. gross to eat. I’m going to eat it because I paid for it, but I’m never paying back. Who knows how long they were sitting around for. Thanks Jack in the Crap.

I never thought I’d review a fast food place… let alone find a gourmet fast food location… but apparently this is a super upscale Jack in the Box. My husband jokingly wanted to try it while we were running errands since it was one of the higher rated restaurants in Brentwood (which is actually quite sad, but I digress…)
There’s a motherlovin’ fireplace in this place. What the? What?
The order was correct and repeated back to us at the window while we were getting our food, so we didn’t have to double check it. Hot and good (for fast food).
My husband demanded I give this place 5 stars. Who am I to disagree? A fireplace, seriously. This place is classier than my house.

One of the nicer jack in the boxes I’ve been too, & the inside is open 24 hours.
Only reason I deduct a star is because the manager there is a A-​hole, not gonna bother saying why… He was the mexican one though that worked late nights… I think he got fired or transferred anyways… lol

I love the atmosphere of this place. Especially when it’s night time and they have he fireplace running. The staff are friendly and have casual conversations with you while your food is being cooked on the spot in a clean kitchen you can clearly see. The restrooms are clean and sanitary.
The reason why I gave 4 stars is because I ordered the chicken nuggets and they advertised them to be bigger than they were. Wasn’t cool. Other than that, it was great!

No, I don’t usually bother reviewing fast food places, but this is the prettiest location ever. The food tends to not be as greasy as other locations. Now if they had the friendly, thorough and thoughtful staff of the Lafayette location it’d be perfect.

This is by far the best Jack in the Box I’ve ever been to. It is very clean and very nice inside, and the food is good. If you are in the area and want a Jack in the Box, go to this location for sure.

Came in for a quick bite to eat, and to my surprise I had the most wonderful experience for fast food! Customer service was very friendly and on top of keeping this place super clean. I was even shocked to see a fire place in there! Im curious to come in here though to see it actually on, just to say I did for the odd yet cool experience of a fire place in Jack in the box haha. So on to the food, I cant even say enough about it, my cheeseburger was cooked perfect the freshest one I ever had from Jack. The bacon was cooked to perfection and wasn’t chewy and half raw like most places cook it. It was very good considering its fast food. The best part not a boat load of mayo and ketchup to ruin your cheeseburger, just the right amount. When you find a fast food place that has all the consistent food and experience you expect, go back to it! And I will to this one.

had the big chicken sandwich and some curly fries. jack in the box always has the best (or the only?) curly fries of the fast food chains. just dunk it in their house sauce (ranch), sweet & sour, ketchup or plain :]. i thought they had wifi here but there wasn’t any when i was there =[ …

Everyone here makes an effort to go the extra mile in service. Truly a unique customer service experience in fast food. The one downside is wait time… it can be slow sometimes.

Went here on a Sunday afternoon at approx 1:00 pm. Other than me, a couple in front of me and a family sitting down, the place was dead. When I first walked in, I thought that it was really nice inside — a fireplace of all things!
The drive-​thru was pretty busy and if I was smart I would have went through there instead because those folks got great service. Its those of us that managed to get our of our car that got CRAP for service.
The couple in front of me got served, the lady that came in a bit after me got served, the people in the drive thru got served, everyone in the free world got served except ME. I stood there so long that I was asked by 4 employees if I had been helped!
As I stood and waited and waited and watched my life tick away, I FINALY got my food (it was probably a collectors item by now) only to have to put at another end of the counter that I was not even standing at. The managed saw me standing and waiting for what seemed like eternity but chose to put it someplace else INSTEAD of bringing it to me. NICE!
Yea, its neat inside and but CUSTOMER SERVICE Stinks like week-​old fish. If you go here, pack a lunch and let the family know where you are going before they might put out an Amber Alert for you because you are going to be gone for awhile!

Brand new building for Brentwood’s second JITB. It’s pretty much on the opposite side of town, which I think was a smart move. From what I can tell, the inside looks as new and clean as it should. Though I’ve never inside, I’ve been through the drive thru a couple times. It’s a tight turn lane they set up. There’s a post on the corner that has more vehicle paint and bare metal than it’s original paint. Too tight, but I was able to get my extended cab pick up through it without incident. The people there have been great so far.
So, the food is exactly as you’d expect. It’s Jack’s food. I will say this ²⁰⁰⁹⁄₂₀₁₀ economy has made Jack produce super duper value meals for $ 3.99. I don’t come here too often, but the deal is the way I’ve gone.
