We needed a pet friendly room. I don’t think the floors have been cleaned in a year. I went to the desk and said the enterance locking door was broke, and that I am allergic to Bleach. Their was so much bleach I broke out without touching the sheets. I was told they where all the same and that every hotel would be that strong.

Came to nashville for a four day Christmas vacation I didn’t know what area I would be staying in but this area has everything right here and if the the music stars is what you’re looking for they live right down the street like Martina Mcbride tinny milsap dolly pardon alan Jackson Taylor Swift the first morning I got up and was pulling out on old hickory rd there was a Lamborghini that past me up like I was setting still but back to this hotel it was NJ ice and most importantly no bed bugs

I was a little worried from reading a few bad reviews but everything was great for the price. Only things stopping it from being a perfect place is Beds weren’t the most comfortable and breakfast wasn’t much to brag about but it was free. Considering the price we payed everything was amazing, it’s almost like an apartment. Staff was friendly, I recommend it to people staying over night like we did.

Decent hotel for the money. Clean large room with kitchenette and refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, full sink and dishwasher. Bedding in good clean condition and quite comfortable. Very good place to stay for 2 or more days. Safe neighborhood with restaurants nearby.

I don’t understand why people give this hotel such harsh reviews. I had a nice time here. It’s quiet, the bed was comfortable, flat screen tv with cable, even a kitchen area. I was by myself and it was everything I needed. I didn’t expect it to be fancy. Everything was very clean too and the room had a nice smell. The only downside was that the shower doesn’t get very hot. If I had been staying longer I would have complained about that. Otherwise I found no problems with anything else!

I have no idea why this place doesn’t have stellar ratings. I mean, it is not a resort. It is a nice, clean, friendly place with rooms that have all you need to stay for a while. It is reasonably priced. The bed was very comfy. The small kitchen was all we needed. The TV turns conveniently toward the bedroom area or toward the living room/​sofa area. There is a nice area to set up computer and monitor in. There are MULTIPLE outlets all around the suite for charging electronics. Three available outlets (NOT in use by phone, lamps or clocks) on each side of the bed and several outlets in the area for computers. I’d stay there every time.

Yuck. Dirty and dingy. Room in total disarray. Dirty dishes in dishwasher, dirty sheet wadded up in closet, beds not made properly; don’t appear or smell like clean sheets, blankets have holes in them, stained carpet. Would never stay here again. Gives Brentwood a bad name.

Covers the basics. This hotel appears to have at least had new paint and carpet relatively recently. The area is very quiet, as it is located in the Maryland farm business park. Nearby are a variety of restaurants and retail stores. Our room was clean and fresh smelling.

I stayed here for two nights after making a bid on Priceline for a hotel in Brentwood. This hotel is really gross. The floors are stained, the paint was peeling off the wall in my room and the bathroom smelled like urine. Not to mention, it’s extremely outdated. I wouldn’t ever stay there again.
