McDonald’s

Always solid food quality for a McDonald’s. Place is recently renovated and very kid friendly on the inside! Can’t expect much more from a McDonald’s.

The food is OK what’s makes it bad for me is watching management yell at young employees they are people tooBad management

I went to McDonald’s on Sandcreek and Brentwood Blvd thinking since it’s new and on my way home. may be worth to pick up food. WHAT A MISTAKE!!! Just got home. had my hubby come out from emergency and find out I paid 20pc nuggets and no nuggets in bag… they give me the sauces but no nuggets… found my large fries with half the amount… saw my filet o fish look like crap and messy as hell. So not worth going to this mcdonald. To top it all off… I called at 1028pm and told them they forgot the Nuggets and employee picked up phone, informed her mgr that she said was named Serafina and sd for me to bring all food with bags so they can confirm they forgot the nuggets… I live 18 miles away… why in the hell would I lie about nuggets. then she said for me to come by and just bring the receipt… I plan on going there again and speaking to the manager again so they know that customer service sucks and it all starts with the managers… worst McDonald’s EVER!!! Too bad I couldn’t rate it 0

It’s mc Donald’s. This one is like the others. Nothing special. I ran out of time so I had to resort to this.

The service was pretty poor and can be slow. I’ve been there a couple times when they didn’t have all the menu items. I figure that an international chain would have a standard of service and product.

this Mcdonalds is at a prime location, brentwood blvd & sand creek, wasn’t always so.
became prime when Streets of Brentwood opened down the street, a mile or so.
brew: coffee (1) got a large, didn’t ask for one.

This McDonalds is dated. There food seems ok but the place feels dirty and not that clean. They need new franchise updates logos interior refit etc. and roof paint (red faded). The best McDonalds in Brentwood is over off Balfour by John Muir, clean new and great kids zone.

$ 1 any size coffee does not exist here. I walk in, look up at the monitor for their drink prices. In each size column read $ 1. I order a coffee and the manager (I assume so due to the uniform) told me that only the small coffee is $ 1. False advertising? I think so.

Our mc nuggets tasted stale… and we ordered 40! It wasn’t fresh for sure.
note: I don’t usually comment on big chain restaurants like this, but I do expect fresh food, even for $ 4.99 = 20 pcs.

This is the place to go for my Sausage McMuffin fix for sure!
At $ 1 a pop, the Sausage McMuffin is very tasty albeit very bad for me.
I can’t say I’m very enamored with any of their food offerings but it is nice to see that some things never change.

They have the best McNuggets at this location. The fries are usually too salty though. Never had any troubles with ordering in the past (many visite’s) however this time, they gave me one less burger than ordered, and the wrong flavor nugget dipping sauce. Disappointing to be left hungry, and not have dipping sauce…

Located in the Brentwood Shopping Center, this Mickey Ds is a local hangout. The fries did not have that «beefy oil» taste that Mickey D connoiseurs have known to love. LOL! In fact, it tasted kinda bland … like ordinary fries. I had the cravings for Mickey D’s hazelnut iced coffee, which was not satisfied, because it had a horrible tap water taste! Clearly there is something wrong with the water here! Instead of swinging by the nearest Mickey Ds along the route, I should have just gone to the one along Lone Tree Way like I had originally planned!

This McDonalds I do not really care for. Everytime I buy a Sweet Tea, it taste like dirty water or something. Every single time! The first time I bought one, my boyfriend had to take it back because it was so nasty. Instead of replacing it or making another batch, they just gave the money back. What a way to keep customer’s satisfied!
This is my last resort McDonalds opposed to going to Oakley or the awesome one in Richmond at Hilltop! Stay away.
