As of 4÷26÷15 the store is having a «up to 70% off» original price. They don’t have a lot in the way of deals though. We were able to pick up some sticky labels & a couple journals. The staff seem annoyed they’re still working at the store as its closing down. The note pads I bought where labeled $ 1.59 but rung up for $ 1.99. I told the cashier & she just looked at me. The journals were labeled as 70% off but she rung in 60% off. Oh well, the place is closing away.

2 or 3 times a year I just give up on a store and walk out . Today it’s OfficeMax. For some reason the two items that I was interested in were not priced. The sale person/manager said he’d fix that. That sounded good as he ran away. The checkout woman couldn’t tell me how much either item was because the item may or may not be part of a «combo deal»? Each time she scanned one of the items she got a different price or told me a different price. I“m Not sure if it was computer or user error. A call to the manager was no help. 10 minutes and a few nasty looks from those behind me on line and I was gone. In fairness I’ve been here a few other event-less times, not sure what the issue was today, but I’ll be staying clear for a while

THESTORE: If you’ve been to an OfficeMax, you know what to expect. Here’s why this one is good: 1) It’s clean. 2) It’s well staffed with roving associates to help me find unfindable ink cartridges. 3) It’s quick to get in and out of this location. COPYCENTER: 2-Stars. The in-store printing/copying service is hit/miss. I’ve used them several times, and they have messed things up a couple of times. They made it right, but they made me late. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them mission-critical stuff. If you have time to let them try again, it’s okay. Check your stuff before you pay.
