Not as amazing as I expected it to be, but I think I chose poorly when I ordered. I got the chicken, red pepper, and mozzerella crêpe with coffee and it was good, but I would have preferred one of the sweeter crepes after seeing what other people ordered. That being said, even though I ordered poorly, the service was decent and the space was cozy.

Great option for brunch or coffee! I’ve always loved the food and drinks at the Perch. Their lattes are outstanding, and there are endless options for crepes. My personal favorite is the banana, granola, peanut butter, honey crêpe — sweet and everything you want in a breakfast! For something savory, they have a ton of delicious options as well. However, it’s a very small space and is often quite packed. I’ve had to wait quite a while for my food several times, and it can be hard to find a seat. It’s also probably not the best option for groups, as the tables are pretty small and there isn’t a lot of room. Avoid peak times to get your food quickly!

So delicious. I had the brie and green apple crêpe. I can’t wait to get back to Brentwood to have another. :)

Atmosphere: It’s a small quaint little place, almost like a cottage. The inside is a little cramped, but comfortable and cozy(if you sit away from the door when it’s cold). You can also eat outside and service will bring your food out. Food: There is a crêpe chef out in front that makes crepes to order, and a kitchen in the back where all the other dishes are made. Although they are known for«brunch» in general, I think their crepes are particularly nice. –Blueberry Belgian Waffle: Fluffy, with blueberries scattered about on top with butter. This is a legitimate«blueberry waffle». Many places call a pancake or waffle«blueberry waffle/pancake» but it’s just said thing with blueberries aimlessly resting on top of a regular waffle/pancake, which can be absolutely infuriating, but such was not the case. The texture is light, fluffy and delicious. On a personal preference I prefer the waffles to be crispy and fluffy, but this one is more soft and almost cakelike. Regardless, it’s a tasty waffle(but for hearty eaters like myself, it may not be very filling) –Herbed Turkey Crêpe with brie, arugula, cranberries, balsamic: A very nice savory crêpe. The sourness provided by the balsamic and the tart sweetness from the cranberries give a nice lift to the more dense turkey and brie cheese. most of the«stuff» is inside the crêpe, wrapped neatly and with a nice garnish on top. The balsamic reduction sauce is possibly the highlight of this crêpe, in that its savory, it’s bright, it’s got that umami component to the dish. –Perch Soda: The most interesting soda I’ve ever had. It was mexican coke, with lime, and espresso. Now I typically am not a coffee drinker, but this soda was a worthwhile new experience. The espresso actually enhances the more subtle nuances of the coke, bringing out the darker flavors and giving the coke a smoother texture. With the brightness of the lime, and the effervescence of the soda, this is a great alternative for a craving for fizz, but without the overpowering sweetness of coke. Pros: Excellent brunch food, great service, interesting crepes and drinks Cons: Tiny tiny tiny place, always too packed, crepes may or may not take a very long time to come out due to one crêpe chef(but worthwhile) (7.5÷10)

Terrific little spot! Lines must be long on weekends! One orders at the counter, then gets a letter to bring to the dozen or so tables, creatively arranged in the space, which encompasses two small rooms adjacent to the kitchen/ordering area. Food is delivered to your table There were six coffee choices, ranging from light to bold. Focus is on sustainable production, and included a house roasted Guatemalan brew. The bold choice was sooo good we bought a pound of beans to take home to NY The crêpe choices are extensive, and decidedly delicious. We opted for an egg/chorizo and egg/mushroom/cheese. Both light, fresh and outstanding! Service was prompt and friendly. Go!

The chorizo and jack omelet is fantastic– I’ve been craving another ever since! I also split a blueberry waffle with my husband and it was delicious. I just had water, my husband had coffee, and I think we spent $ 22, so it seemed reasonably priced to me! We will definitely be back to try more things!

So this was my 1st time here with a friend– went at 9am on a Wed morning– not super busy which was nice considering this place is about the size of a stamp. We ordered the chocolate best day coffee(?) and an omelette. We sat down… and waited. And waited. And waited. Until finally I started noticing EVERYOTHERPERSON that had ordered AFTER us had gotten their food– and some had even eaten and left already! Seriously. Looked down at my watch and discovered it had been 50 minutes by the time they delivered our omelettes and what really irked me more than the wait– NOAPOLOGY or acknowledgment about the ridiculous wait. I really wanted to like this cute lil’ place, but although the omelettes(which I ordered with sundried tomato and goat cheese) were good– not wow! kinda good– but just good. The rest of the experience was not worth the trouble or time wasted.

My sister and I had crepes, which were hot and fresh. I like mine simple: sugar and lemon. My sis had jam on hers. My mom needed something a bit more substantial, so she ordered an omelette with mushrooms, cheese, and spinach. My best advice: go early, like when they first open. We had no problem snagging a high top table, and as time went by the place filled up. We had to wait for our food, but I think that is due to the fact they can only make one meal at a time. All in all, a great real fast for three for under $ 15.00.

The only reason I don’t go to the Perch more, is because of the size. There is only one table in the whole place to accommodate 4(my family) unless the weather is good we might be able to snag a spot outside, but in the end, demand and seating availability make this a tough place to go unless I’m eating alone. I always get one of the savory crepes, my kids love both the sweet crepes and the belgian waffles, but they only have one waffle maker, so they won’t come out together. It’s a great problem to have more people that want your food than you can physically handle, I just wish they could expand into the skin bar next door and add another waffle iron and crêpe pan so I could come with the family more!

My husband and I had a free morning together and decided to grab breakfast. We decided on perch! We both got a breakfast sandwich which are great but we decided to try the gouda grits! We got one to share and I wish I order one just for myself… they are some of the best grits I’ve ever had!!! We sat on the patio and the weather was perfect! Service is great and knowledgeable… I wish I had time to go every morning!

Great place with amazing breakfast. The food was fresh and quick to order. I would highly recommend this place esp if you have visitors from out of town. I had an omelet with mushrooms, cheese and spinach. My friend had a ham and cheese Crêpe which he really enjoyed. Don’t miss out on an amazing breakfast.

I just went here and ordered a beet salad, a mushroom crêpe and a valentine latte. It was really delicious and the staff was super friendly. I definitely recommend getting one of their lattes. The one I got had dark chocolate and raspberry flavoring in it and it was one of the most delicious coffees I’ve ever had.

For savory… you can’t go wrong with the Turkey, Brie, cranberry, balsamic crêpe. For sweet, pass the Nutella! The first time I came, it took them at least 45 minutes to get to making my crêpe. I was sooo hungry by the time it came out, and had regretted not ordering something else in the meantime. I was still a bit hungry even after I finished it. During my 2nd visit, i was prepared. I remembered my 45 minute wait for my crêpe last time, so I had ordered an omelet so I would have something to eat until the crêpe was ready. However, 10 minutes after I ordered, they came out with both my omelet and my crêpe! So… your crêpe-wait time just depends on how busy they are! But anyways. Good food. A nice little brunch spot when its not too busy!

Turkey, Brie, cranberry, balsamic savory crêpe. You won’t regret it. The other crepes I have tried at Perch are great also, but some can taste bland and the ingredients don’t go well with each other. But this one was perfect! Perch is quite small, so not good for groups or a place of an intimate conversation starter. But it is a must to be in and try their crepes if you’re ever in town!

Thanks to my fellow Unilocalers who encouraged me to come here. …the high reviews are justified! I came here expecting to order a crêpe for breakfast, but while waiting on the short line to order, I saw an omelet came out of the kitchen. So, being reactive, I ordered an omelet instead(see photo). It was great. However, since I’m not likely coming back to this area, and I also wanted a crêpe, after I finished my omelet, I went ahead and ordered a crêpe(what the heck… I’ll consider it an early lunch). I ordered sautéed pear w brie(instead of the blue cheese), arugula, walnuts & balsamic(see photo). It was great! This place is a gem. I’m glad I don’t live nearby, lest I’d be a regular and then the calories would really add up. But, a must place to dine when in the area.

Finally a place in the Nashville area I can’t help but crave just about every single day! I visited the Perch as part of my Saturday coffee adventures around town but after seeing the extensive crêpe list I decided to go all out and get breakfast. The crêpe menu includes lots of sweet and savory items so it would be great for breakfast or lunch and honestly if you wanted to make your own creation they seem pretty chill here so just ask. The banana/peanut butter/granola crêpe? Just order it and thank me later. A friend of mine really likes the Nutella crêpe with honey added but I stick with what I love and I’m kind of embarrassed how many times I have returned to the Perch since my first visit and order the exact same thing. The coffee was good, I’ve tried a couple different lattes and although its not the best I’ve ever had I order a coffee every time to accompany my crêpe. My recommendation is to ask them to put less syrup or flavorings in it because it is a bit sweet for my liking the way they make it normally. The parking situation is a little weird and the building is small and cramped so although they have a decent amount of tables, this place is pretty much always packed when I visit. If its not a nice day to sit outside, finding an open spot to eat can be difficult. I kind of wish they would have a «no sitting and doing homework unless you’re actively eating a meal» policy just because the seating is so tight and limited but it is what it is.

Went for a quick breakfast before heading to the airport and fell in love! The group of us had… Egg/ham/bacon/red onion/mushroom omelette, blueberry Belgium waffle, and a turkey/arugula/Brie/cranberry/balsamic Crêpe and all of them were amazing! Wish I found out about this place before today!

Normally I’m not a breakfast person at all, so the executive decision was made for me while I was showering that a) I’d be eating breakfast and b) I would like it. Both things were very, very well accomplished at Perch. This wasn’t too far at all from the hotel I was staying at which made it awesome. Can’t remember exactly when we got here, but as time went on it got busier and it’s a pretty small place. I decided I had to get a crêpe, and went with a savory one with egg, manchego, chorizo, and salsa verde. I wasn’t sure if it was going to be Mexican chorizo or Spanish chorizo, but either one is delicious and would have worked here — it was indeed the crumbly kind. In the meantime we had coffee to drink, I tend not to put anything in my coffee and it was perfect as it was. There were a couple options to choose from too. The crêpe was AMAZING. Everything went together so well, I’ve only ever really had crepes with sweet toppings/fillings, so this was an awesome choice. The salsa verde had an awesome kick to it that I wasn’t expecting since I tend to expect spicy things to not be THAT spicy to me. I ate every last bit of that crêpe. While we were waiting for our food it was really fun to get to watch the crepes being made. When I’m back in Nashville I have tons and tons of other places I have to try but I wouldn’t mind coming back here at all.

Yum! Fabulous crepes, delightful atmosphere, not overpriced. This was a nice end to our trip in Nashville. The food took quite a while to come out and the space was cramped… Location was also a bit bizarre. Definitely delicious crepes though!
