Dunkin’ Donuts

Stale donuts and the guy they have working the morning drive thru line has the worst demeanor and should not be involved with customer service.

SLOW! Took 20 minutes to get two cups of coffee and 2 wraps. After pulling away, realized only received one wrap. Then went back to the store to get the rest of the order I paid for and had to wait 5 more minutes. This has happened TWICE at this location now.

I gave them another chance. This time when I walked in, there were two employees at the front. I was never greeted but instead they talked until I asked if I could please make an order. The young man that I stood directly across from said «she’ll have to take your order», so I then walked down to the second cash register. The cost was $ 4.01. I can give them one complement, they did give me the correct change. I walked out with .99ct in my pocket. Two stops at Starbucks and then Public’s is money and time better spent.

Stay away from this place. SLOW service! I have been there a few times. Always a long line. They take forever filling orders. One employee sings and cracks jokes while customers are getting impatient. My last order was wrong and the coffee was cold! Try McDonalds or Bruggers near by.

Horrible location. Earlier this week I went through the drive through the drive through and ordered my coffee and an egg and cheese on English. What I got was cold, rubbery, and just out right gross. After tweeting my picture, corporate told me to try again. So I did today. This time I went inside. I asked them to make sure it was toasted. Before I left I checked the item, and same thing. I even gave it to the guy who took my order and he seemed curious as to why it was not toasted and cold. The guy cooking, insisted it was, and that he wasn’t going to argue or fix it! What?! So I left the item there ticked off that I just paid for something that wasn’t edible.
They should be ashamed at this location. I grew up with DD in New England, and this is by far the WORST! The manager doesn’t even care and they are usually slow. Over it. Don’t go here.
Update:9/16/15 Nothing has changed. Items still don’t get toasted. Service is still unfriendly. Had to go to panera to get a bagel that was toasted.

Can be s bit of a wait during the mornings no matter the day. While they are staffed they just get a lot of customers for the morning coffee rush.

On a SUNDAY! Out of chicken, or wait and hour. Sold me food then told me they were out of the donuts I wanted (sold it to a person behind me in line). Lost my order for a bagel. No concern for me leaving completely dissatisfied. How do you guys make money???

Friendly service and approachable employees. The inside store was spotless, condiments stocked, décor is on point — the first time I’ve been able to say that about Dunkin’ Donuts in many years. Great selection of donuts, and the Oreo/​Chips Ahoy Latte I ordered is delicious.

A three star turned four because of the delightful service. I came in for a dozen donuts to bring to work. As I stood in the line I agonized over what donuts and what combination of donuts I should get. When I got to the front of the line the staffer asked if I wanted to choose them or if I wanted to be surprised. Of course I wanted to be surprised!
Overall, the staffer was friendly and brought a positive tone to my early morning. The store was clean and I was in and out in a flash.

If you drive through for breakfast, they are ON POINT! Manager hands you your order while the cashier processes your payment, super fast. Unfortunately, this morning, my tea was unsweet instead of sweet. And, the afternoons are a nightmare if you want anything off the «all day» breakfast menu. It takes 10 minutes to get a «wake up wrap», and they’re ALWAYS out of Diet Coke.

If you want something from the menu other than coffee or donuts, this particular store always seems to be out of something. Today they were out of chicken and croissants… last time they were out of guacamole. Growing pains for a new location, I guess.
